We came as a large group of 18, but our orders were extremely simple only 3 people had All-Star meals, a few had Jr./Senior meals, and everyone else ordered just waffles and hashbrowns. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived, yet the experience was a disaster from the start. The cook even had his son there, and we had to speak up ourselves just to be acknowledged when we walked in.

The meat was cooked and then left sitting out, and they threw away multiple rounds of hashbrowns and waffles because the waitress couldn’t keep up with the cook. He had to tell her several times to take the plates. At one point, the waitress threw a fork at my mom, who was easily the most patient and understanding person in our group. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Food came out in random, incomplete pieces. My niece only got part of her All-Star meal, a waffle and hashbrowns, but none of the other items. I eventually got my food, but only half of it. When I asked to remove the missing items from the bill, the cook suddenly brought them out and told me I had to pay for them. Fine. But when I asked for a to-go plate, he said he couldn’t give me one… then immediately handed me my food anyway.

Stop hiring workers who can’t keep up or don’t want to work. Stop hiring people who take weed breaks and zone out while customers are waiting. Yes, we were a large group, but our orders were simple, the restaurant was empty, and we weren’t in a rush. There’s no excuse for how chaotic, unprofessional, and disrespectful this entire experience was.

We had the server named jasinya. Not only was our orders wrong she consecutively forgot things because she literally was sitting down eating in the middle of serving us. My waffle was burnt because she decided she wanted to break mid service and eat herself. Then when she took our orders I asked for sausage with cheese it came out plain. By the time she finished taking yet another break to ensure she ate HER FOOD, the sausage was cold. When I told her it’s missing the cheese all she did was put a cold piece of cheese on Luke warm sausage. Then she sat down to eat again and completely forgot my boyfriends waffle but by that time he had already finished his entire meal. She then gave him a barely cooked waffle……. This entire time the manager is literally standing right there not paying attention because she was too busy running her mouth talking loud about other employees. Never again get better staff period!

Placed an online order, order was supposed to be ready at 8:21 it’s currently 8:47 and the order is still not ready! I believe the waiter was too busy trying to take care of the 3 people that was inside eating! Spent a total of $70 and this is not what I expected of this location! I guess I might of came to early! I’m not please with the service at all I was only acknowledge 1 time when I came in and I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes now! Customer service is what makes a business, without customers you can’t survive! I really hope that the district manager reads this. I finally received our food 32 minutes later!

Had a great dinner here. This was a great waffle house. Clean and friendly. I had a grilled ham and cheese with hash browns. Super tasty and freshly prepared.

This Waffle House is as good as any other.

I really like this one because it’s near my house and out of the way, so it’s rarely super busy.

However, there’s a guy named Avery working there that puts a stain on the waffle house brand. He is rude, aggressive, unorganized, tries to boss his coworkers around, and made multiple mistakes on our order.

We have been to this location dozens of times, and this is the only time that we received subpar service. Avery has absolutely no business working in food service.

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in and the girl at the counter didn’t even greet me—just stared at me with an attitude. When it was my turn to order, she still didn’t say a word, no “Hi” or “What can I get for you?”—nothing. I had to start ordering on my own because she just stood there with a blank, annoyed expression. At that point, I decided not to order and just left.

To make it worse, the pricing she entered was incorrect. It looked like she added an extra fee on top of the service fee that was already built into the system.

I will not return to this location. If you want to keep customers, your staff should at least be polite and professional. The person working the counter should not be in a customer-facing role.

Came here to get dinner. Saw this lady out of uniform behind the counter with a bowl of chicken and soy sauce. She made a waffle for I’m guessing her child that was in a booth. It looked like she was waiting for the grill to clear so her dinner could be cooked. Is she at least an employee?? I have no idea. Also, the freezer door was left open from the time my food was started until my food was ready. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this location again. So sad. Used to be my favorite one.

Since when does Waffle House close???? I passed at least 10 Waffle Houses on my way and wanted to get this one because its closest to where i was going and food would still be hot when I arrived so I specifically came to this location only to walk inside and ve told by the girl working that they’re closed. Thought the whole point of Waffle House was 24hrs? She said they’re closing because she was leaving. I asked if anyone else was coming in and got hit with the blank stare. Then she said they’re closed again. I walk, she leaves and then the big dude locks the door and pulls down the shades… im confused because he is still here just sitting at a table doing nothing… i could have went to a bunch of other locations. This place deserves 0 stars. I definitely won’t ever return here.
