I’ve gotten food from here a few times and it is a-ma-zing! The owners are just so kind and genuinely wonderful people. Their story is so inspirational I’ve had birria before but it doesn’t even come close to the tacos here.

Owner was at front desk and she was very friendly and helpful. Entire staff gave a phenomenal first time experience. I purchased the Birria grill cheese. It is really good. Full of flavor. I’ll be be back with friends next time

I first heard about Birria Bacana through a family member of mine and made a decision to try it out, and I was not disappointed! I had gotten the classic, Birria Tacos and the fan favorite, Birria Grilled cheese with the combo and it was worth every penny! I enjoyed every flavorful bite and now it makes it into my daily cravings. Not only did I enjoy the mouthwatering food that they have to offer but also had the best customer service provided. If you want real authentic mexican food, this is the place to go!

My family ordered through door dash and it was delicious! We had the birria quesadilla, grilled cheese & steak tacos. The food was hot, flavorful and they included all the sides/salsas. Will definitely be ordering again and I suggest you do the same. Five stars from our family!

The birria is rich, flavorful, and slow-cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spice. The consommé is so good you’ll be sipping it like soup. The carne asada is equally impressive—tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, straight off the grill with that smoky char that makes every bite addictive.
What makes it even better is the whole experience: he comes right to our apartment, sets everything up, and cooks it fresh on the spot. The smell alone will have the neighbors jealous, and the food delivers beyond expectations. It feels like having a five-star taqueria pop up in your backyard.
Hands down, worth every bite and every penny. If you’re craving authentic, mouthwatering Mexican food without leaving home, this is it.

Great spot for authentic Mexican food and drinks. Open on Saturdays too for family lunch and dinner. Breakfast will be served in the future. They are adding pizzas, desserts are all on the way. Great place to get great tasting food.

I first had Birria Bacana when they came to my apartment complex. When you first walk, everyone there is as friendly as can be. There different birria options along with non birria options makes it so anyone can enjoy. The food is absolutely amazing! The birria grilled cheese is an absolute must have! We will be going back as often as we can!
