My daughter ordered a drink on the app and it said the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Somewhere in that 15-20 minutes app said status unavailable. After a half an hour of waiting I checked on the status in store, drink was not started so she canceled her order. It took another few minutes to cancel the order and my daughter got back what she paid for it. Really? Waste a half an hour of our time and she gets nothing put a “sorry.” Come on.

I usually order one large Frappuccino for my two daughters and ask the staff to pour it into two cups — something every other Starbucks I’ve been to has always done without a problem.
At this branch, Osmer told me they couldn’t do that because it might “get them in trouble,” but then offered to give me an empty cup so I could pour it myself. That makes it even more confusing — if they can give me the cup, why not just split the drink as requested? It honestly came across as laziness rather than any real policy issue.
Very disappointing experience, especially from a brand known for customer service.

Please stop putting whipped cream at the bottom of your frappuccinos when people don’t ask for it. It is not in the original drink recipe for Starbucks and some people don’t like it. Also, when you order online there’s no way to tell the barista not to put whipped cream in the bottom.

Waited some 20 minutes while the baristas made non stop mobile orders. Those mobile orders just sat there. I was also politely told “be very careful the hot drink lids have been, just popping off a lot lately”

Worst experience, we ordered 3 drinks and a brownie. Got the brownie and 2 drinks but not the 3rd. It took 20min before they made the 3rd drink. You could hear them saying the skipped it and forgot. When asked about the missing drink it was just attitude from them and when they finally made it they didn’t even call out our name tell let us know and just laughed about it. Never stopping here again

We generally do not go in. On this occation we needed an internet connection and were able to plug in our laptop and do what needed to be done. My wife had coffee and a buscuit, I had nothing. The staff did their work and let us do ours. It worked out well.
