Solid place for some good food. It’s always hard to find good places to eat at during lent, but this one delivers.

I had the nachos with no protein to start. I usually don’t like beans but opted for the black beans and I’m glad I did. Decent flavor and the cheese was melted just right. That with their salsa was good.

Had the crispy fish tacos and they hit the spot. I really like how they crisp up the cheese on the taco and the flavor of the slaw was good. I added some salsa on top and it was perfect.

My buddy had the 1988 burrito and a pastor taco. Flavor was great on the pastor taco. Flavor on the burrito was good but he felt the price to burrito size fell short. Would have liked a bigger burrito.

Overall solid place. I really like the atmosphere and the place was clean. Good customer service and food came out quick.

I always enjoy visiting Wahoo but this time was even more enjoyable. We were assisted by a young man named Tristan who was an absolute sweetheart. Very helpful, humored my questions with a smile, and came to check on us twice. That is some outstanding customer service! Thank you Tristan!

Pretty good place to get Mexican…seafood fusion. The environment was pretty comfortable, and I got the food shortly after I ordered it. I got the impression that the time between my order and the receipt of my food was the time that it took to cook the meal.

I had a shrimp taco, and a horchata. I have been searching for a quality fish taco, and I believe that this one hits the mark. The shrimp is well-seasoned and marinated, the slaw was flavorful, and the salsa bar provided sufficient extra spice. Slaw is not necessarily my favorite on a taco, but this was well-done, and changed my mind on that point.
The horchata was also tasty. Not really sure what else to say on that one.

Fantastic food for a great price and the kindest staff. A great place for both meat eaters and veggie lovers and the Cajun fries are awesome. Love this spot!

Awesome burritos . I’ve had their fish, carnitas, and the chicken. All are great. They’re very filling. I’ve also had their chips and salsa – again, also very good and pretty addicting. The sauces you can get on the burritos are awesome. Especially the green one (I’m not sure what it’s called).

Great restaurant. I eat here all the time. However, I did bite into a bone in my chicken quesadilla today. Wasn’t sure how else to contact the restaurant about it.

Love it AND love the new green sauce although it is spicier than when I first tried it a month or 2 ago. Would love a return to the milder version as the flavor is fantastic

I opted for the 1988 fish tacos combo accompanied by white rice and black beans. Unfortunately, I found the tacos to be lacking in flavor and overall unappealing. In fact, I couldn’t even finish one of them. The lukewarm and overly salty black beans and rice did little to enhance the meal. Surprisingly, the “Hawaiian” onion rings were the highlight with their satisfying taste and texture, although I did encounter some fish-flavored crispy bits in the basket that left me feeling a bit queasy. Not only that, but I asked for ranch and they gave me the wrong dipping sauce. Not only that, but, regrettably, when I requested the receipt, the staff assured me they would bring it but failed to do so. On a positive note, the pleasant weather and enjoyable music created a nice ambiance. Nonetheless, considering the underwhelming taste and the steep price of $25 for a lackluster taco plate and onion rings, my Saturday lunch experience fell far short of expectations.
