Was taking my daughter to day camp and had ordered my sub at least 3 hours ahead of time since I knew I was gonna stop at the Walmart. Waited in line to pick up my sub. Finally it was my turn and I told him I had an order for pickup. He looked at me like I had 3 heads! He went to go find the ticket and realized he didn’t make it, so he started it for me right away. I did notice that he was the only employee, and it seemed like they we’re understaffed. I was fine with waiting for it. Made it really fast and even gave me some extra chips for the wait. After I got back to the camp to wait for my daughter, I started to eat my sandwich and noticed he didn’t put the cheese, the guacamole, or the fresh mozzarella. So I basically paid an extra $2 for nothing. I understood he wanted to get me my sandwich as soon as possible, but don’t rush and forget the ingredients I paid for. The sandwich was really good, but overall I might stop at a different location next time if I order ahead of time.

Horrible customer service. Asked for a wrap and the man that was working at 7 PM on Wednesday, May 8 told me that they don’t have wraps. Well sir, there is a giant sign right behind him that says “try our wraps” he tried to convince me it was flatbread, it’s definitely not, it’s a tortilla, and I have ordered them many many times from many subways, including this one. I’m not sure what time they close, but he really didn’t seem very interested in helping me or the girl that was ordering in front of me. I get that food and retail is hard in general, but that doesn’t excuse gaslighting me, trying to tell me subway doesn’t have wraps. I promise I’ve eaten them. I never really eat at subway but a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sounded good, guess not. Went to the one on Roosevelt and guess what, wraps galore!

Order 6 different boxes through easy cater got 5. Went back and guy working there said didn’t see it at top of list. Then proceeded to say that sandwhich and chips weren’t selected yet in confirmation email shows they are. So he decided to just send me with 5 boxes and not says thing about his. confusion even though it was prepaid for. I confronted him about that and 3 families walked out of line. Canonlyimagine how they steal from thier customers when there’s a catering order I will never use again

AMAZING! My sub was prepared PERFECTLY! I always go to Cousin’s whenever I go home to Milwaukee from Georgia. I have tried countless Sub shops, nothing compares to Cousin’s, but the sub you made me today took me all the way back to my High school days

Good place for quick meal or take out. I love this Subway. Everyone here is very friendly customers and staff alike. They had everything I needed and the store was very clean.

Very disappointing that I was waiting to place an order and another customer walked in and I was completely ingored and he was immediately asked what he wanted. Very poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere thank you!!
