Schlotzsky’s was an excellent choice for my daughter’s birthday catering, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We ordered a variety of sandwiches, mac & cheese, and pizza, and every single item was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The portions were generous, the presentation was great, and the food stayed warm and tasty our guests kept asking where it was from!
Everything was ready right on time, making the pickup stress-free. The store had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff truly stood out were professional, kind, and extremely helpful, even assisting us with loading everything into the car.
Overall, the food quality, service, and attention to detail exceeded expectations.

We recently came here just to try their famous cinnamon buns, unfortunately there were a few drawbacks to my experience. The cinnamon buns themselves were flavorful and had a nice texture, but I was disappointed that they were served cold.
Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side, considering the portion size and temperature of the buns. I believe that for the price paid, customers should receive freshly baked and warm cinnamon buns to fully enjoy the experience.
Overall, while the taste was good, improvements in pricing and serving temperature would enhance the overall experience for customers.

A perfect place for an excellent dinner. Place almost empty with great ambience and wonderfully decorated and designed.

I was reluctant to share but after my experience I need to warn others. My family and I noticed a difference months ago perhaps under new management or ownership. We brushed it off until recently when we decided to grab lunch after having a baby and I could eat whatever I wanted, I suddenly fell ill. Stomach pains were unbearable enough to question if I needed to seek medical help. It was food poisoning. As a new mom this was scary and don’t wish it on anybody. Since the event, we refuse and will not be returning to this exact location. The employees are wonderful. But I will be contacting food inspectors as I do fear proper protocols aren’t being followed.

I ordered the number one original sandwich with chips and a drink. It was just over ten dollars. The sandwich was just like you see in the menu. I was super hungry, and the toasted sandwich was like a warm hug for my mouth. Also, check out my posted photo, the building was outlined by a beautiful sky in the background.

I ordered the pick two. The sourdough bread really puts on the flavor to a fresh well made loaded with meat sandwich! The mixed greens salad was fresh and loaded with nuts, raisins, chicken and blue cheese crumbles. I added the blue cheese dressing. Staff was great and ordering was easy. Download the Schlotzsky’s app and get free food! I’ll definitely return!

I have always liked schlotzskys food and this location was also good. What i want to comment on is the service and staff. When we went today and ordered the food and sat down to wait..and wait and wait I decided to ask after 20 min if it normally takes this long for the food and of course the nice lady who took our order said no and went to check. She came back and said they had not even started our order at which time I definitely got upset and asked for a refund. The manager came out and started giving excuses and due to my bad day and then this flub I wasn’t even trying to listen and just kept saying give me my refund. This manager stayed fully composed during this incident, did refund all of my money even though I told him I did receive my cinnamon rolls and expected to pay for what I had gotten. After this he asked that I please give him 2 minutes and my food would be out and completely free. I did as he asked and our food was brought out promptly. To be honest I wouldn’t have been able to deal with my attitude if I was in his shoes and stayed so positive. I let him know personally that he did a great job and I was sorry for loosing my composure. I also felt the need to let everyone know that this establishment has kind employees and will try to correct anything that may come up during a visit. Honestly need more people in the world with this man’s positive energy. I hope his higher ups read this and praise him and his staff for the good job they do.
