Pathetic excuse of a chipotle. First chipotle that I’ve ever been to that has charged me for a side of rice. The management is also lazy and rude. The people in the back are lazy and not cooking anything during rush hour while they are out of multiple items.

Memorable service. The employee kept chatting with coworkers the whole time with no mask on, forgot to put lettuce until I re-ask 3 times, didn’t cover the container cap properly, walked away without saying anything once checked out. I had to close the cap myself as he put three caps and didn’t close firmly.

My child got an allergic reaction one hour after eating the food from this location yesterday. Do not order any food from here and I should’ve knew something was wrong cause the guacamole was just not what is expected. 24 hours later and my child still needs more Benadryl, eat at your own risk!!! ⚠️ ⛔️

I came to get some food and Varany was so rude and has zero customer service even denied me service. I do understand that there are people that walk in at times from fluctuate, but I am educated. I’m a teacher I just didn’t want to cook today. Wanted to enjoy some chipotle.
