I waited in line for over 20 mins ans the employees stood around talking about their personal life. I ordered my food through the mobile app which is the reason I didn’t leave. My order sat in the bag the entire time I waited once they decided to get to me after seeing me stand there I was handed my bag my food was cold and my fries looked half full and I asked for the food to be remade and was told that I would have to wait about 15 mins I decided to just warm my food up once I got home even though I was very hungry and ready to eat right away. This place will never get my business again.

All that money yall charged me for that cantina burrito and yall can’t make it right?!?! I bet you a 7 year old can do better!! There’s literally a receipt on the bag telling exactly how it’s made…good management checking after employees smh. Extra chicken…no chicken at all…what’s wrong with yall? No lettuce..yet Hella lettuce! Add cabbage..no damn cabbage…just lettuce and fries!! I didn’t even see that’s supposed to be on there and i didn’t ask for ro be!! Reading the comments and There’s some bad ones…management nor corporate care cause if they did someone would answer for the mess in a manner that it stopped. I want every penny back including the dashing charge!! Pathetic. Scared to open the friggin burrito smh…just opened the frigging burrito…I didn’t pick add friggin bean’s!! And there’s more bean’s than meat! Can you all read in there or you just don’t care?!?! 13 hours driving and now I don’t get to eat!! And didn’t get a single sauce packet I asked for smh worst taco bell in all 40 states!! The meal is literally on the bag and still didn’t get one thing right smh.

I am a vegetarian. I ordered a cheese quesadilla with black beans and sour cream on it. I was given a chicken quesadilla and by the time i realized I was too far from the restaurant to really do anything. I checked the receipt to make sure I did not make a mistake when ordering and I did not. So gross is meat.

I’ve never not had to wait less than 15 for my order. Went today and after waiting 15 min behind 2 cars I get to the window and a young kid greets me by telling me “hey just so you know it’s gonna take a long time” I said “okay…” to which he hands me a piece of paper with an email and says “if you’d like to complain you can email that email” to which I said “okay….. ?” 10 min goes by and he opens the window and says “who are you picking up for again?” And I say my name and he goes “okay .. that’s right..” with a blank stare and I go “do you need to see my receipt?” And he says “no I believe you are who you say you are” meanwhile I just wanted to make sure they don’t screw up my order which they’ve already done countless times. I’ve always had to wait here. That’s nothing new this Taco Bell is near my job so it’s convenience more than anything. Just a really really strange interaction ..

I am so thankful for being an American. I was born in the United States, I currently live in the state of Connecticut, and I’m grateful everyday for all the freedoms we get to enjoy in this great country.

One of the freedoms I enjoy the most is the right to receive free condiments when you order food from a restaurant. Sometimes you may even get free condiments without ordering anything by simply asking nicely.

Today, I had to rely strongly on this freedom to write an opinionated review of my experience from Taco Bell located at 543 Bridgeport Avenue in Milford, CT.

To begin, I want to mention a few attributes of my experience that were at best, slightly above average. I think it’s only fair to include these subjective details not only to provide you the reader with the information necessary to create an opinion of your own, but to also inflate the word count of the review to lure you into the false sense that I have something worthwhile to read about.

The service: I used the drive thru to place my order and surprisingly there was no one else waiting in line during the noontime lunch period. This may have been an omen of what to expect but I’m just going to leave that aside for now. The attendant greeted me and gladly gave me a few extra moments to decide what I wanted to order. After placing my order for a burrito supreme and soft taco combo meal, I pulled forward and was served quickly. The young person who served me didn’t seem overly cheerful but I can certainly understand. I used to work in the fast food industry a long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away when I was young too and the only good thing I remember was that I don’t really remember a whole lot about it.

The food: Okay this is where the review goes into an unrecoverable tailspin. I sincerely hope that a qualified person packed your parachute because you’re going to want to jump out of the emergency exits after hearing this.

It was just awful. It was terrible actually. Now before I tell you why I think that just know that this is nothing against the person who actually made the food. I’m sure they are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. All things considered, the burrito and taco appeared to be assembled by an experienced hand. Let us now continue to rapidly lose altitude.

The tortillas were cold, the ground beef left me extremely disappointed and the rest of the toppings were just kinda flavorless. I felt like I was in a dirty bathroom stall and after finishing my business, realizing that the toilet paper is just out of reach. I’m going to have some hard decisions and make special accommodations to help myself out of this situation. That’s where the condiments came to the rescue. Without the free “fire” hot sauce that came with my order, I’d still be fighting for my life to eat the food I ordered.

God bless America for the freedom of free condiments!

The bottom line: If you have the late night munchies and don’t care about the consequences of your actions the morning after or need assistance producing a digestive movement, Taco Bell is somewhere you can go. Otherwise, stay away from here.

Post script: The only reason I’m awarding two stars in this review is because I want to acknowledge the hard working people in trenches of this forsaken establishment. Beyond that, I would award no stars.

The amount of people in that kitchen without a hair net is disgusting! The young lady at the drive through had a nice bun but the dudes in the kitchen had their hair hanging or in a ponytail with their long curly hair EVERYWHERE! It’s so unsanitary.

Taco Bell is a pathetic now. You walk into the place and you must place order from a kiosk instead of a person. I imagine they did this to save money. So why is it that Taco Bell is so friggin expensive now??? It’s a joke as to how much of a ripoff Taco Bell has become. My order came to $14 and the bag felt like it was empty. Good riddance!!!
