Our local Girlscout troop ordered a $150 order. When checking out a $200 tip got put on the order by accident and they stated they voided it and corrected it than charged another $150 for the actual order. It’s going on 5 months and they still have not refunded and refuse to give any owner information out. Today I did an online order for this location . I walked in and the workers first words where “Just to let you know you will be waiting awhile”. My order got voided on their end and was still charged they refused to make our food. I got the mangers # and she was rude and refused to give me the owners name. She was stating her staff should not be giving her number to customers.

You will not find a subway operated worse than this location. The guy working at 8pm on 2/3/26 should never be allowed to work by himself.

Ordered a meatball footlong. The food was cold, no sauce, food preparation was terrible, only 2 slices of cheese and a pinch of peppers litterly thrown at the sandwich. Lacking total amount of meatballs that are usually on a footlong. Next time I’ll be going to the Subway at Parsons Wal-mart.

No one in sight customer wise I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for someone to make my sandwich at the counter there is like 10 employees on staff right now and no one tending to my sammy I don’t mean to be rude but for the love of pete no is touching my sandwich:( it’s just sitting there open with meat no toppings getting pooped on by flies

Ordered from door dash and I got a 6 inch instead of a 12 inch. If course I complained to die dash but they couldn’t do anything. So I tried calling the store, and calling the store and calling the store. No one ever answered. I guess I’ll go in tomorrow to see if they will fix it.

Very poorly managed. Staff was just as bad. They’re just looking for warm bodies at this point. Three people working. They made it seem like there were 100 people in line while they panicked.
How do you even run out of bread? Lost my business at least twice for not having any bread.

Also… Be sure NOT to order through the app. Twice it’s been wrong. You need to be standing there watching them.

The second review was for 10 months ago.

Today 4/6/22 – For being the manager Tara sure seems upset. I don’t like the way she yells out ingredients at the customers. It’s not appropriate or friendly. Why did I return?

Three ladies were working and yet it was 15 minutes before I left with a wrap that was poorly made – the bacon was stuck together and guacamole was not spread onto the tortilla.
Will not be returning to this location.

Very sanitized and organized environment. Employees are very kind. The food is properly stored and served, using state of the art storage devices and sanitation methods by manufacturers of Subway Inc.. Acceptable prices. The food is very good, with many options of what to order and put in your food. A very calm and relaxing air that is kid friendly. And no one minds if you make a mess out of tour delicious meal.

The manager was very rude and we asked for olives and they started yelling saying how we would have to pay extra. (Which was fine) The rest of the time we were there she had an attitude towards us.
