Whoever worked at 5:30pm on 12/9/25 and made the burger it was legit. Whomever packed the order was not, they forgot my daughter’s juice, sauces and deserts. I paid almost 50 bucks and tipped 10 dollars. Pick up my food myself? Sure but I have the option to order and I did. Please train better or get more attentive people to pack the orders.

Came for the promo ghost pepper whopper and chicken fries. They are both better than expected in terms of heat. For all the hype commercial establishments build on using some of the world’s hottest peppers, they actually have some spiciness.
Still, it’s mostly a gimmick given the average American pallette – but what can you do? It’s not quite – but close enough to – the “angry whopper” they had long ago.
The ghost pepper flavor, though, is great; it’s almost as good as Popeye’s ghost pepper wings. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was cool. Overall, I have zero complaints.

My son and i went through the drive thru we asked for my burger off the broiller was asked to go around and park. 2 minutes later i was handed my food my burger was not off the boiler like i asked. I know because the cheese was already melted equals out to being microwaved and the meat had no grease dripping off the burger like it should being right off the broiler. Burger King my order is suppose to “be my way” not your way if i wanted someone else’s way i would have gone to McDonald’s. We Won’t be coming back to this location.

Went through the drive through, ended up getting the wrong order completely. Went back to get the correct order and her kindness in making it right and apologizing is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1….HOWEVER, I was absolutely disgusted by the amount of gnats I had to swat. It was literally an infestation. I know they had to have landed on the food. They were everywhere, the counters, the walls…I’m so glad my order was wrong and I ended up going inside. I kindly took the food but threw it away. Please get that under control. The kitchen looked clean but what matter when bugs are everywhere.

Just an overall bad experience, I tried to redeem the $3 whopper meal through the app in the drive-thru and I give the worker the code, and right of the bat the worker gets upset at me & asked me to repeat it.. I repeated it to her and mind you it’s only 6 numbers but she kept getting it wrong. I then started to translate it to her to make it easier for her and 2 numbers in she stops me and stated that she understands English.. I then give her the code one more time and she gets it wrong again.. I gave up and started to drive away & she then proceeded to cuss me out and give me the finger as if I’m in the wrong. The whole time I was trying to make it easier for her. Also as i was driving off she was in the middle of attending another customer in the drive thru. So whoever that was they witnessed everything.
