This was our first time visiting Quincy’s and we waited u til my parents came down for the winter. We came for lunch. The guy at the register was super helpful and informative and answered all of our questions. We ordered the original, lobster salad, and crab rolls. They come with pickles and chips. Then it was a beautiful day and we sat in their outdoor eating area. If it is bad weather you will have to take your food to go. It was made fresh and delivered to our table in a timely fashion. We all agreed it was probably the best lobster rolls we’ve ever had! Remember you are getting fresh lobster so it was $24 for a sandwich, pickles and chips-not bad at all!

Wonderful place. Outside seating. Very much New England rolls and chowder. As the menu prices shows, I have no idea how someone can spend 70$ (before tip) on 2 rolls and 2 drinks.
But anyways, if you’re from up north and miss the seaside food, this is the place to go. Fast and friendly service as well as free parking.

When we got to the restaurant, the kind staff greeted us. We sat outdoors, which was great, and the staff helped us order exactly what we wanted. We had both the classic and Connecticut lobster rolls. Both were delicious. I’ve lived in the northeast for most of my life, and I can confidently say that we got value from these lobster rolls. You’re definitely getting what you pay for or more at this place.

Unfortunately I didn’t get pics. Lobster roll was okay, not the best. The roll was not crispy at all.
The Lobster Mac n cheese however, was maybe $10 at best value. 1 large piece of Lobster which looks nothing like the picture advertised and the Mac n cheese was watery. Almost $20 for basic Mac n cheese with one piece of Lobster is high way robbery. Plus they want 20% for service charge and there’s no actual service. Spent over $40 on subpar food. Not a fan! And there’s not much to the atmosphere. Just outside sitting and a walk up counter. And I also didn’t want to complain and my boyfriend wanted to go back up there, but I prefer just to leave disappointed and to not return.

I absolutely love this spot SHEESH. The lobster rolls hit different. Buttered perfection!
The price is solid based on the market. Seafood is expensive but they managed to stay fair.
The outside seating is a vibe! Reminds me of my visit to Maine. Will definitely slide again.

This place is AMAZING. The classic lobster roll is the best I’ve ever had. Pair that with great outdoor seating, friendly staff, and great value for the food, this makes for the perfect Sarasota evening. I’m from the northeast and know a good lobster roll when I see one – this was better than good – it was excellent.

Love going to Quincy‘s. Such a relaxed atmosphere great people watching area. But the best thing is the lobster rolls and the quality of the lobster I loved the warm lobster with butter and the bread was perfectly toasted. And my husband enjoyed the lobster salad roll. The staff is friendly. A great addition to Sarasota.

Delicious lobster and a great location. You order at the counter and then have an outdoor area along a pond to eat and enjoy. The entire area seems to be very new and designed for walking store to store and lounging outside. There is a lot to do in the immediate area. Definitely worth the trip and time if you love a lobster roll.

I had the best ever lobstahh Roll at Quincy’s at Waterside today. It was chock full of beautiful big chunks of tail and claw meat, no fillers, just a pure New England style lobster roll. It came with pickles, chips, and served on a perfectly grilled and buttered hot dog roll -sliced on the top! Never trust a lobster roll served on any other type of roll -and worse -if the roll is sliced sideways beware!!

I had the Connecticut roll and the lobster was so sweet and tender. Nice and buttery. A squeeze of fresh lemon on it sent me over the edge lol! They don’t skimp on the lobster meat either! I’ll definitely be back!
