Came in on a Sunday morning right when they opened at 1130 as a party of 8. This wasn’t all the food we ordered, but at least 50% of it and I must say, the sushi was really good and tasted fresh, the tempura had a nice batter to it and the chicken yakisoba had a good balance of veggies and noodles.
The staff were very nice and the food came out within a decent amount of time.
The price for the lunch bentos ranged $21-30, and the choose your own items was $21 (3 items) – $24 (4 items) and the sushi combos were about $18-21, but the amount of food you get was A LOT! So I’d say for the amount and quality, it’s worth the price tag.
I would definitely come here again.

New owners have taken this place to the next level. Great choice of special rolls, thick cuts of sashimi, aburi was top notch. Excellent quality and very delicious.
My only suggestion, when people place many items, try to bring food out in a gradual pace, rather than make everything at once.

The service was amazing, the atmosphere is good, but the food is amazing! They also have insanely good combo deals. This immediately became my favourite sushi restaurant. I highly recommend it. They have a 3 rolls for $18.95. I strongly recommend this place! From your local Mortgage Broker Foodie.

My husband and I absolutely adore coming to this place. When we crave sushi, this is the only place we go, even though we live in Burnaby, and the journey isn’t short. But it’s totally worth it!!! The food here is incredibly delicious! Everything we’ve ordered has been not only tasty but also beautifully presented!!! I can confidently say that these are the most delicious sushi I’ve ever had. We lived in Toronto for many years, moved to Vancouver last year, and it’s only at Chef Sushi that I’ve truly appreciated this cuisine. I don’t know what these guys put in their dishes, but everything they serve is just unreal!!!! Also, the people working there are all very kind and positive!!! They exude great energy!!! It always feels like the food was prepared by a loving mother!!! Highly recommend!!

If you’re looking for a tasty place to dine at or to simply enjoy some Japanese food, this is the place for you. SERIOUSLY the soups and dishes are all so well seasoned(the miso soup was so refreshing). The tonkatsu was crispy and firm, pairing well with my udon and miso.
Usually I don’t like salmon teriyaki, but I tried it from my mom’s plate and it was delicious

Never ever go here! Ordered house party tray for take out. My wife is vomiting all the day. The sushi set looks not as merely as on the picture. I wonder if BC restaurant inspection would is willing to take a closer look at this restaurant.

This place is excellent, the dynamite rolls are huge!! All their food we’ve tried the last few times everyone loved!! Very generous portions, beautiful presentation and great food quality for the price! I highly suggest the beef dishes,( even better then the chicken) its the best we’ve had and have eaten at a lot of Japanese restaurants!! Love going here whenever we are in Langley! Lots of parking and easy to find as well! A must try!
