This Wayback Burgers inside the Walmart at 3301 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City truly caught me by surprise . The burger was juicy, the fries crisp and golden, and the shake thick enough to slow you down a bit . The little spot feels warm and relaxed even though it’s inside a big-store layout — you don’t always find that kind of vibe . The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and made the experience feel local and friendly . Definitely a gem worth stopping by ✨.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY. 0/100 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! Waited 15minutes for some fries that weren’t even hot when I got them. I asked for my money back and the girl at the counter was VERY rude. Manager did not correct her behavior and he too had an attitude. Manager told me he better not see my face back in there since I don’t like their service. I was told this manager is also the owner at this particular location so just to avoid all drama just don’t even go here at all. It’s definitely not worth it. I am currently in works with typing up a letter to the corporate office and I will absolutely take to social media with the footage I recorded from my interaction with them to spread the word about the service my family and I received at this location. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! DO NOT GIVE THESE FOUL PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!! Mark my words, pretty soon this place will be shut down and the next place will be there.

I dont appreciate the employee in this establishment accusing me of stealing some sprite. Im pregnant and went in with my 2 little girls and asked for a cup of water because I felt dizzy. He was even hesitant to give me the CLEAR CUP. I went to put my water from the fountain in my cup and the water button got stuck and I kept trying to push it to get it off. He immediately comes over and says you have sprite in your cup and pointed to the water button. I said I know that’s what I pushed. I said I dont need to steal sprite from you when I literally just left the grocery store in walmart. I put it in his face to show him but I should have made him taste it. I went to look inside my cup and it had black stuff floating in there. He was very rude. You can clearly see there was no bubbles floating in my water to even assume it was sprite. Customer Service sucks. Maybe because its always empty in there.

I just tried Wayback Burgers for the first time and was seriously impressed. I ordered the Classic with cheddar cheese, and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The price is comparable to other fast food spots, but the quality and taste are on another level. Great value, great flavor. I’ll absolutely be back!

This place was AMAZING hands down food REALLY GOOD and fresh made to order. Customer service was top tier not sure if he was the manger or not but we had 4 kids and 3 adults. He came right over moved tables to fit our party. I appreciate that so much. We got the call my daughter in law water broke we ran out of there so fast, he was like just go i got it. Thank you. When i come back to Oklahoma we will be returning here.

We did a doordash order today and my husband went to go pick it up. Only to find out it’s not an independent restaurant, but a small food court thing inside Walmart deli. The teenage female cashier threw our order at him and it landed on the counter. Our food was greasy and cold. Chicken tasted freezer burnt, fries were half cooked/soggy. Just absolutely gross. The customer service my husband experienced was beyond abysmal. He was willing to look past a lot, then asked the girl for straws. She just looked at him, rolled her eyes and walked away. Ignoring him. My husband just walked out. We did call to speak to the manager about the horrible customer service and food quality. He made excuses and then said (in regards to the employee) “that’s just how she is”, “we are thinking about firing her” & then told me a diagnosis of hers as an excuse. (I’m not putting what he said in order to protect the teen girl). Wayback burgers, I hope you see this review. It’s illegal to disclose health information of your employees. And it’s absolutely gross food with unreasonably high prices. The only “good” thing was that the restaurant was swept and visibility clean. This the 2 stars for atmosphere. I would seriously reconsider staff retraining. We will not be going back.

1st Time Here. In Texas we Love Waterburger and we don’t have Wayback Burgers? The meat at Wayback Burger taste like Top Shelf Wagyu Meat mmmm loved it These guys are very clean their Burgers are Neat, Non Greasy, Fresh Vegetables,and their buns taste Organic and Fresh. Wayback Burger is too Far from me but if I’m ever close to OKC again, I will go again!!!

Went to use $50 worth of gift certificates that I purchased through sweet deals. Expires 1/10/25. Manager said that the location doesn’t take them even though the certificates state they do. The cashier tried helping which we appreciated but the manager did not even try. Major lack of training at this location. The cashier told us we would have to drive to Edmond to use them because he couldn’t find it in the system and the manager didn’t even speak to us again. Waste of time.
