The portion was too small and costed $22. I took a double steak with rice and that how it looked. Staff were unfriendly. I usually take the exact same portion and it used to be three much bigger

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY OR PICKUP! You MUST direct them to make it YOURSELF. This is BY FAR the most incompetent Chipotle I’ve ever been to—several times I’ve ordered pickup (where they make it without you there) and every single time the burrito is horrendously wrong. The portions are minuscule and, most importantly, always flat-out wrong. They won’t get the ingredients right, the proportions will be off, there will be almost no meat, or most likely all of the above. One time, I selected 7 ingredients and the burrito was only rice and sour cream… disgusting. How could they not think, “who would order just rice and sour cream?” Well, I didn’t!
Chipotle needs to deal with the staff at this one because sooooo many times I’ve picked up an egregiously incorrect and BAD burrito. This is the one by my house and every time I think, “they must be better by now” and every they’re not. Never going back again

Quick disclaimer. I’ve been to ALL chipotles in Ma and RI. THIS BY FAR IS THE SMALLEST PLATE IVE SEEN. Even after I asked to get a bit more rice. Its not seen on pic but the content is not even half of the bowl. Not blaming servers as they follow owners instructions. I know its a students area but cmon, don’t be that greedy.

I stopped by after a long day and was really hungry, so I was pretty disappointed by how small the portions were. The person serving me seemed new, but the scoops were noticeably smaller than usual. Even the rice was about half of what I normally get. By the time the burrito was wrapped, it honestly looked more like a thin crepe than a typical burrito. I didn’t say anything in the moment because I didn’t want to come off as rude, but I figured I should mention it. Just hoping this helps with training and keeping portions consistent. I had to go back home and make some eggs to get full. Crazy.

I wasn’t expecting the food to have so much spice in it. I love hot spicy food but without asking for it I thought it was too much for a basic meal. If I had asked for my food to be that way it would have been different experience

Management need to work hard.
Food is good same like other Chipotle places but people are worse here.
No sense of missing items or refil in your own station.
Instead asking customers to move ahead we dont have this..(3 of 7 items are missing in preparing a bowl)

Surprisingly is my first time trying Chipotle’s and I must say I was surprised how good the food tasted. Despite having a lot of American influence on it (preservatives) the taste of the dishes still feel fresh. I had the bowl and I suggest you to only get one protein. Otherwise they will charge you double. I had to pay $19 because I wanted to try the new veggie chorizo in the menu(it’s fantastic, but it doesn’t tasty like chorizo but have the texture similar to it) and also I had the chicken in the bowl. I’d definitely would like to try other things in the place.

Never will I order from this chipotle or recommend it. I ordered a chicken burrito with extra chicken, fajitas and lettuce. There was no extra chicken in sight. I received the most smallest burrito ever. I literally wasted my money at this establishment. They should be ashamed seriously. The food didn’t taste fresh at all. I took 2 bites and trashed it. They do not give you good portion sizes at all and the chicken was chewy. So mad.
