Nice little sandwich place tucked away in the Landmark One building lobby. There’s nice seating indoors and out and the people couldn’t be nicer. Would have given 5 stars of the fries had been fresher! Views of Lake Eola are available from the south side of the building. I would go there again!

This is a wonderful family-owned and operated deli-style restaurant very close to downtown Orlando. They serve cooked-to-order breakfasts, and usually have several different fully-cooked meals available for lunch, in addition to sandwiches, etc. The owners and employees are so friendly, I was sad to say goodbye to them when I left the state to retire further north.

I am a retired IBMer and have been frequenting this deli since it opened in 1991. It is the BEST place in downtown Orlando for breakfast or lunch. Homemade soup and fresh baked cookies every day. They make the best Boston Cream Pie outside of Boston itself. And their eclairs are the best outside of Paris. Also … if you don’t happen to like what’s on the menu that day … “Ma” is most willing to make you something special (on the spot) that you will thoroughly enjoy. Don’t pass up any opportunity to eat there.
