I wanted to shout out a great experience last weekend with Tiara, who went above and beyond when she didn’t have to. She helped my daughter and I collect all the happy meal toys. She was friendly and accommodating and it was such a nice experience. She is an excellent employee and an asset to the Burger King on Route 22.

There was one car in the parking lot and we were the only car in the drive thru. We place our order, pay at the window, then we are told to back up behind the window and stay there. We waiting for a few minutes but noticed another car behind us so we parked in a spot and I sent my husband in. He said it smelled like legitimate feces in the building. Horrific off putting smell. After reading some reviews about this location, there are a number of reviews that mention this is not a sanitary location and has a history of some pretty nasty food. Considering we originally pulled in to get my husband and son food, we decided to request a refund instead. When my husband requested a refund, they made him wait when there was clearly no one else in the location or on the drive thru line.

We came for the Sonic figurine toys, and when we asked if we could purchase the Sonic toys separately from getting a kids meal, they said yes. They gave us 2 burger king crowns with little gem stickers, then wouldn’t let us return it even though they were unopened, wasting our $5. The whole place also smelled like a sewage leak. The fries were pretty good at least, and I normally love the chicken fries too, but the taste and texture were disgusting this time. I couldn’t eat them.

Staff is super slow act like they don’t want to be here…. You tried to talk to them they roll their eyes. This is the manager I’m talking about dressed in all black. I tried to place an order through the drive-thru I could not even understand the people. They’re all from I don’t know where…. They look unmotivated they don’t want to be there they don’t care that you’re there. Screw this place I’m never going again it’s not even like the food is that good

The 2nd worst of the burger kings I’ve visited. Almost worse than Neptune Burger King. Look on any BK advertisements to see what the bacon cheeseburger should look like….then look at the photo of my order from today on route 22 Union N.J. Also, this hockey puck was ice cold. Threw this item out.
Terrible management is 100 % responsible for low standards and poor training. Also, franchise owners please tell all employees by the way, that saying hello, welcome to burgerking or thank you are MANDATORY and cannot pass Co-Vid to you.

This location has staff that tries hard but the building is terrible, the parking lot is terrible, and the ordering board is always broken and the sound is often terrible making it difficult to order.
