I tried this location because it is the closest to me (NOLA). The only thing that might throw some people off is that it is located in Harrah’s casino. That means the price is a bit higher. The bright side is that it is open 24/7. Extraordinary customer service by management (manager). The food is delicious. I give it two thumbs up if you are looking for burgers, thin cut fries, and shakes. I’d definitely crave for this again.

Went here Saturday evening around 5:00 to get some food, and the cook was putting on gloves and everything, and then after she put the gloves on, she wiped her nose on a brand-new pair of gloves she just put on, so I got my food. Good place for a quick burger bite and shakes! I used to live in Mobile and ate Steak and Shake all the time. I tried this one, and it could be better. Food was good, but the quality could improve. Kinda pricey for “Steak and Shake” brand, but for a casino restaurant, it was expected.

This location, own 24/7, is inside Harrah’s Golf Coast Casino Resort, and children are allowed. If you’re lucky enough to be served by the wonderful JeQuita, then you’re very lucky indeed! Rarely have I encountered such a kind, enthusiastic fast food employee-certainly a ray of sunshine! They have a limited menu, featuring great burgers. Combos include fries, or for an up charge, onion rings or salad. Salad wasn’t available the day we were there. Fries were okay. Specialized shakes with mix in’s are delicious, and thank goodness for their mid week afternoon happy hour which makes them a little more affordable as their prices are on the higher side.

At the casino. Decided to get a delicious Steak ‘N Shake milkshake at 11:15pm. NEWS FLASH… NOT DELICIOUS!! Since when does Steak ‘N Shake use processed shake stuff and not use actual ice cream? The food is costly but good. The staff is awesome! The menu needs to be updated with the correct cost online and some of the food does not live up to the standard. The pancakes are the microwave ones you get out of the store, very disappointing for size, taste and cost. The burger and fries were good but more like smash burgers so get two patties. The chili is good but the up charge is real compared to the grocery store.

Had Steak and Shake with my husband for the first time in Mobile the other day and it was crazy good and priced well. So, I was excited when a friend said we had one here, in Biloxi. It was crazy good as well but the price was, like, doubled. We still ate there cause I wanted it, but dang.! I paid 8.29 for the bacon double in Mobile and !!!15.59!!! here, for the same burger. I was shook. So, I’ll just drive to Mobile next time and make a trip out of it.
