Anything from the buffet will be cold and dry. Dry with a film or layer on top proving no one is even stirring the food periodically. 4of the ice cream containers had freezer burn and the only ice cream without it was brand new. If you order food it will come out fresh. The margaritas are actually good. The reason I will never be back is because of their hidden charges. There is a sign posted about gratuity of 15% being added regardless if you are a table of 1 or 15. It’s actually less than what I would tip on my own. However I do feel like a persons tip is determined by their service but no biggy. When it’s time to pay your tab they bring your receipt stating one price but charge your card another price. They have a sign saying they have cash prices and card prices for food. I asked them to show me on the menu where it says the card price for the food. THERE AREN’T ANY. They have a sign saying the food has cash prices and non cash prices, which is a complete lie, there is only one price for each food selection. My food on my receipt was the same as the menu. When the waiter brought back my receipt my card was charged a higher amount than what was presented to me, so why didn’t I get another receipt showing the “card food prices” They charge a fee to use your card, which isn’t posted anywhere. Oh yea, PLEASEEEEEEE GET SOME HELP FROM GOOGLE TO AUTO CORRECT ALL THOSE MISSPELLED WORDS OR USE THE HIDDEN FEE YOU’RE CHARGING PPL TOWARDS A TUTOR.

I was surprised to see that for our party of two, a gratuity was already added when the check was brought but then they gave me information on the percentages for gratuity. Seems a bit disingenuous if not worse. I was not pleased.
The food was decent, the service was merely okay, and the manager’s answer to my question about the gratuity being added was not truly acceptable. He pointed out that in the neighborhood where the restaurant is located, people don’t tip well. In my opinion that might be something that should have been considered before renting the space??

Terrible. You kind of expect when you go to a Mexican restaurant that your server might not speak English, but they aren’t able to communicate or understand much at all.
On top of that, my togo chimichanga (14.99) was only okay. ON TOP OF THAT they charge you for TOGO UTENSILS/BOXES on TOGO orders, they charge a gratuity on every check, and they charge you AGAIN for using a debit card. If you don’t want to pay the fees associated with your business using credit/debit cards, then DO NOT offer it as an option. That is the cost of doing business.

So excited for this restaurant to open, 4 of us went 2 had the buffet, other 2 were going to order from the menu. Waiter didn’t speak English well and when he finally came back to the table after passing multiple times, they decided to eat elsewhere. I wish we also had, because on the bar was mostly little ribs made in different way. One thing they were in was like a soup, I thought was some chick peas in it but to my surprise it was fat. Bones were in most of the food, some were very tiny bones. $30+ later I won’t be back. The food was so awful.

They automatically add tips to all checks, even if the service is bad. They also charge you their credit card processing fees, which is against the terms and conditions and can get their ability to accept cards removed if someone reports it.

Love everything about this restaurant. Great service, very friendly. Love the salsa, thin crispy chips, guacamole and the dinner I ordered. Can’t wait to go back and try different things on the menu. I hope they do well and are opened for many years to come.

I don’t recommend this place, the service is low quality. That’s why a tip is automatically changed because they know their service is poor and they want their money. My stomach is still upset from the experience. Save yourself a trip! Try something else.
