We started ordering personalized birthday cakes from this location in June of 2025 for our kids birthdays and every cake has exceeded expectations! Our most recent was this axoltl cake and we were OBSESSED with how well it turned out! We love decorator freedom and only ever leave a few details on what our kids like and every time they run with it AND crush it! TALK ABOUT AN OUT OF THIS WORLD EXPERIENCE!!! The cake designer and the staff at this location are A+++++..!! We have always been impressed by this locations cake designs. The team went above and beyond..!! Even got a screenshot of the decorations we are using! (***FYI: We ordered this cake a week in advance. We were not picky and only asked that she design a space theme cake.) We are absolutely blown away by how amazing the cake looks! The attention to details of cake are beyond belief. Thank you so much for making this day so special for our little guy!

Arrived to a long drive thru line, but wasn’t in a rush, so we decided to wait in line. It was around 8pm on Thursday. We ordered two medium shakes, one with whip cream and one without and one blizzard. I repeated my order twice at the speaker. When we reached the window, I paid for the items and then they started handing us our items. It was a young girl. When I was handed the last shake, I noticed it was smaller than the first one I received. I questioned the size and the girl rolled her eyes, grabbed the shake out of my hand and closed the window. I watched her dumped the small shake into a medium and added more. About a minute later, she opened the window and said you paid for a small, but here. I respectfully said, I ordered two medium shakes and she closed the window. I understand mistakes happen, but I had two other people in my vehicle that confirmed I said medium. The attitude was not needed.

Couple days ago I ordered the triple barnyard ranch burger with a New York strawberry cheesecake blizzard and it was amazing like 1000/10 I literally went back the next day and the next day so good everyone is also so nice and was patient when I wanted to switch something so thank you Anoka Dairy Queen on round lake blvd I’m coming back everyday!

My daughter requested a “lightning dragon cake” for her 5th birthday. We went to DQ the day before we needed the cake, showed a pic of a cake that had a dragon on it, and Rebecca made magic happen! She went completely above and beyond with the design and even put sprinkles inside the cake to add extra flair, just like my kiddo requested. This cake was a work of art. We have ordered many cakes from Rebecca and they just keep getting better. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s birthday magical❤️

Ordered 2 Chicken Strip Baskets, a Blizzard and Milk Shake. Took 20 minutes sitting at the pick up window before food came out. Both of the Chicken Baskets had only 3 pieces of Chicken, not the 4 or 6 that come with the meal. The Toast was also missing from both orders.we did not order the $7 Box, if we had we would of gotten a drink and a Sundae. No drinks were ordered, no sundaes were ordered. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with this location. To bad, since it the closets one to us.

I recently stopped by a Dairy Queen and the experience was just okay. The staff was polite but not particularly friendly, and it took a little longer than expected to get my food even though it wasn’t that busy.
I ordered a burger and a small Blizzard. The burger was decent—nothing special, but it hit the spot. The Blizzard was good, though it wasn’t mixed very well, so most of the toppings were near the bottom.
The dining area was clean but felt a bit outdated. Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit, but nothing really stood out either. If you’re craving DQ, it’ll do the job, but don’t expect anything amazing.

It’s fast food but I just wanna say the kids who took our order and brought the food out were all very.
We went to the drive-thru around 10 pm. It took me a while to order but the two guys who took the order were both pretty patient and the kid who brought the order was also very nice. I think they should be commended for that.
