We had my retirement party at Richards Friday night and it was great! The staff was very accommodating for us. Rose was such a blessing for us. She set up, made sure we had everything we needed, and even took all of our pictures at the end. Of course the food was great. We really enjoy Richard’s Pizza.

My words to the manager: “the pizza is the best in town, and the Italian Steak Sandwich is even better”. But this is really a story about humanity. I stopped at the Richard’s in Trenton, just because I was lost and wanted to ask directions in a familiar place. That was a very busy day with Christmas shopping going on, and I was helpless on the road without my new Spectrum phone service, which had failed to initialize, so I had no voice, Internet, email or GPS. I was trying to find a Spectrum store, desperately. The manager let me use her phone to look up Spectrum locations, and She placed a call for me to one of those locations. No one ever answered.
But she apparently felt so sorry for me as I was having a meltdown, she bought me a pizza, On the house. That was such a wonderful gesture, it actually made my day or even my month! I will be back for sure.

Grew up on Richard’s! We moved out of state and we’re in town and of course I had to have a steak sandwich. It was so good! Never disappoints!

We stopped in tonight, not usually one of our first picks for dinner. The man at the counter was extremely polite and helped my kids pick what they wanted for dinner. Once we sat down, a female employee (I believe she is the manager) brought out crayons, markers and pages from a coloring book for my kids. A few minutes later, she brought out chef hats for my kids to decorate. The food came out quick and was delicious. The customer service was over the top and this will now be one of top dinner picks.

KUDOS to Richard’s pizza!!! I went to nearly every restaurant/food establishment in Trenton seeking donations for a raffle basket for my cousin’s cancer benefit. Richard’s was only 1 of 2 places that responded and donated!!!!! Very grateful and appreciative. Nice to see them supporting the community.

Well I ordered an 11 inch one topping pizza, a steak sandwich and pasta salad for dinner last night for my family. The pizza was so cold. I Had to warm it up in the oven. Also the portion of the pasta salad was way smaller than usual. The cost for everything was $61. Which is just down right ridiculous! So needless to say, that will be the last time I eat at Richard’s
