Man I haven’t eaten Taco Bell in a minute because this location is so disgusting but today I had a craving. Bad idea. THIS PLACE SUCKSSSSS. Nasty workers and nasty food!!! My food wrappers were so wet I couldn’t peel the food off. Disgusting I hope this place get replaced by something better yuck.

Came in around 23:35. Checked in at kiosk with app. Kiosk wasn’t working. Tried other kiosk, wasn’t working either. Lost check in number. Stood at counter for service. 1 guy was standing in plain view, line of sight, texting on his phone and ignored me. The manager was telling him to get off the phone and do some work. He remained on phone. Another employee came towards the front to change out cinnamon twists, ignored me.
A couple walked in to order at kiosk. Kiosk wasn’t working. They saw me standing there with no one waiting on me and they left.
Finally a female, possibly the manager came to the front and just looked at me. I asked her if I could order some food. She said to “use the kiosk”. I advised her they weren’t working. She came around and tried to use one, it didn’t work. She told a n employee that they weren’t working. He came out to look at them and he said “yep, they’re not working” and went back to the kitchen. The female tried to take my order on the kiosk and asked for my check in number. I told her it wasn’t gonna work because I had already tried to use it on another kiosk. She told me that she couldn’t take my order on the register.
Long story short, she took my order on the register, 2 crunchy tacos and a small drink. She didn’t charge me for the drink. My order was made very quickly.
Finally after about 10 to 15 minutes of entering the store I got to start eating my food. I was the only customer at the store, mind you.

If you go inside and up to the register, there is a good chance you’ll end up using a tablet to make your order. I didn’t see any workers come out to see if I needed assistance, but it might be a good idea to just give a glance if there are people who don’t know how to use it.

It doesnt matter what time of day you order from here, it will never be fully correct and hot. Never will get sauce, napkins or a fork. If you leave a bad survey, they dont care and will never reach out. If you call they wont answer. All comes down to bad management in my opinion ♀️ cant wait for the DP taco bell to reopen!

If I could rate 0 I would. This location absolutely sucks. Workers just talk and walk around without making food and no matter when I come it always takes 25+ minutes to get my ONLINE ORDER. Go to a different location.

Just got back to my job with my good and realized they did not give me a burrito Supreme. Instead they gave me a dry cheesy crunch. And my receipt even states burrito Supreme meal. I then tried to call their number on the receipt and it doesnt even ring. This is very disapponting. Can’t even call them to see if they can correct the issue.

I have gone to this Taco Bell for 3 years now and it’s by far one of the best and most consistent locations I’ve ever been to. Not once have they missed an item or gotten my order wrong. They have proper serving sizes and are very friendly. I’ve gone at all hours of the day: lunch, dinner, midnight snack, and they’re always kind and do my order right.

Do not go to this Taco Bell! The food is never warm. The cinnamon twists suck. It’s like there’s a cinnamon shortage in the world and they put 1 sprinkle on them that consists of 2 grains only.
