That aside this is a review of the mini taco salad and nacho supreme dip.
The mini taco salads were fairly tasty. 3 bucks and 300 calories each makes for a pretty good snack/meal. 1…or even 2 will not be enough for a meal for many people but as an addon to another item or two, it hits the spot.
The only issue I had was they don’t come with sour cream. We ate them at home and added our own so not a big deal for us.
The nacho supreme dip was ok. Probably not worth the 2.49 cost and close to 400 calories but others mileage may vary. Definitely convenient though and possibly worth it if you don’t like soggy chips from typical nachos.
As far as fast food is concerned, everything here met my expectations but nothing was stellar. 4 of 5.
and it says open until 3 am. It says on the door, open until 3 am. So now, a vulnerable adult, on medication so I’m unable to drive myself, is sitting outside Taco Bell, hungry, cold and miserable because the staff is too lazy to keep their lobby open according to the stores advertised hours of operation. This is horrible treatment of someone whom has quite literally been thru hell today. If you don’t like your job, find another one.
The basic bean burrito is $1.69 and looks like something out of a kid’s meal. Barely even a snack. Poorly made and more like a limp noodle than anything that resembles a burrito. The beans were watery and the tortilla was gummy.
The basic taco is $1.79 and also looks like something a child might be served – really no meat to speak of, a smattering of something that’s supposed to resemble cheese and some lettuce for filler. The shell still wasn’t full. All of it was bland and tasteless.
Honestly, I don’t how this chain stays in business?
I know it’s just fast food, but I wouldn’t have served what they gave me the second time to anyone.
I wish I had taken a picture of it but I’m sure this isn’t the first time it’s happened as the issue is no longer just a simple mistake, it is management. After speaking with the manager it makes sense why they work fast food. Their work ethic wouldn’t be acceptable elsewhere.
I will not be returning and I’m sure Manny (manager) will be happy for that as he can continue to half ass his job and not be called out on it. I suggest taking up reading as a hobby to work on his comprehension.
Threw the food out after I got home.
No personal contact, 2 wall hanging touch screens to order from the pictures.
The yellow glop -cheese?- overwhelmed everything.
Didn’t really show it on the touchscreen.
Did NOT taste like Taco Bell food.
A sad day indeed. Won’t be back
When we tried to get our food remade correctly as to how we ordered it online, the manager, Manny, did not apologize or have any accountability for making the food wrong. We went back through the drive thru a second time after they “fixed” our food and it was literally a glob and you couldn’t even hold the food, it was half assed. When we asked for the manager, Manny proceeded to say he did in fact remake it and asked if we wanted it remade again. The worker that was doing drive thru was nice enough, but Manny doesn’t seem like a good manager if he doesn’t want to hold himself accountable for making food wrong. Wasted my money this evening and ended up not even eating the food. I get it’s fast food but maybe you shouldn’t put someone in charge who half asses everything and seems to have an ego through the roof.
