Apparently they don’t care if your allergic to some vegetables we asked nice not to add them cause my sister would get really sick if she accidentally ate them we asked no sauce cause we didnt know what it had in the ingredients, we asked to add bacon and cheese …..they did not do anything I asked..they gave my sister chicken with sauce, tomatoes,and veggies. Im highly offended they would be careless to someone who has conditions .

This restaurant is such a a disappointment the food is so inconsistent. The staff is always friendly, and that is the only bright spot. Orders have been wrong or worse sandwiches scraped several times over the years. Last time eating inside there was several people with cups brough in from outside and not paying for drinks.

Bad service, didn’t listen to the customer nor gave me what I’ve ordered. They deny everything and I have the receipt to prove it. They charged me on a coupon that was $6.99 for 2 jr whoppers and 2 medium French fries and 2 frozen drinks. I asked for one of them without mayo and he just added a $7.99 whopper to the list and it came to $18 that is not what I ordered. So I asked him to take it off and he didn’t instead he just brought down the price and didn’t use the coupon which makes it more expensive than the coupon itself. We fought them about it and they denied everything that happened and they didn’t apologize they just kept on fighting us. Some of the costumers in there agree with us. We’re filling out a complaint order on them for charging us and giving us something we didn’t order. Never again am I coming here. It was so embarrassing and I couldn’t believe what they did to me and my grandma it’s horrible.

I have never been a fan of Burger King, but this morning, I had to stop there for fries after McDonald’s told me they don’t serve fries at 10:40a on weekends. When I arrived at BK I noticed they also had the breakfast menu up still, and when I asked if they had fries, the lady said they did not currently, but they could make some fresh for me. After being at the ER with my 3 year old all night, the fact that this wonderful lady was happy to make us fries turned my whole day around! I did not catch her name, but she was very courteous and even apologetic for the wait when it was my request that made me wait. I will definitely be going back to this BK based solely on the experience this lady provided me. As for the food, I have no complaints! I received what I ordered and how I ordered it, and it tasted great!

Next time, I’ll order just shakes and onion rings. The chicken sandwich with no spread and a few lettuce shreds on it was horrible. The chicken nuggets, thick and unseasoned fries and fiery chicken fries were nothing special. The cheeseburger was boring and tasteless. The pickles and spread was stacked in the center. Do robots make these? Anyway, I will order food elsewhere next time, if possible.

Drive thru guy younger darker skin w glasses doesn’t speak as he would be talking to you rude as hell disrespectful once at window asked him to scan bk code mumbled something asked again we don’t have that have what I asked that thing he said wow needs to work on people skills and looked at person when talking to them don’t mumble if you don’t talk loud enough at window or speakerfind different person to work drive thru with people skills writing this review in the Drive-Thru waiting for my food and it’s still not here can I type slow nobody in the Drive-Thru nobody inside how long does it take to make four tacos and 2 cheeseburgers when you build this place service was bad then they don’t raise the expectations for this place I see bad reviews all the time about this place I was hoping it’s going to be different this time thank you feeling high School graduates biden’s finest working fast food

Very poor experience. I really feel some sort of way when they ask to wait in the parking lot, they said because the food is coming out fresh and you get all the food cold except one item…. like the fries. It’s like i just paid for $15 meal and the burger is cold with nasty lettuce and tomato all for the fries to be warm.

If I could I would do 0 stars the lady at the drive thru has a big attitude Burger King should be making sure that there employees treat customers with respect. Definitely will not be back rude employees will always make restaurants/fast food places loss money. If you don’t like your job go find another and stop giving customers attitude
