After seeing the food on their ads on Facebook, I looked forward to trying them out. We ordered a pizza, and it was great. Their sandwiches look incredible, too. Chubby’s is a good old Mom and pop type local restaurant with friendly service and a laid-back atmosphere that takes me back to better times. I can’t wait to try one of their hoagies.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Our family has tried quite a bit of their menu and we are never disappointed. When you order, whether it’s on the go or eating in, they have amazing Peanut Butter Cup Cookies that are devine! Actually, don’t get those, save them for us!

If you see the building, you might want to drive past…that would be a HUGE mistake! Pizza: Excellent flavor. The flavor of the cheese was top tier! And the crust was an equal to the toppings, which is a rarity in the pizza game. Chubby Bread: As far as a cheese bread goes, this was by far the best we’ve ever tasted! Could have been a meal on its own!Garlic Bread: You could tell the family sources the best ingredients, as the rolls for the garlic bread was phenomenal. Bread Sticks with Mozerella and Provalone: You can’t go wrong with this choice! Pick the garlic bread, the breadsticks or the Chubby Bread and you’ll be happy! Atmosphere: Inside, it was so cozy with ample seating. Service: A+! Great, friendly service. Highly, highly recommended.

The pizza didn’t look homemade at all. It looked way to perfect to be homemade. Not even popular pizza companies like Domino’s, Pizza Hut, and Chicago Pizza have that perfect of crust. Digiornos pizza tastes so much better and still isn’t that perfect. They had no flavor at all. The sauce has no seasoning in it. The cheese you could tell was stored in a bag because of the taste. The service was not bad but they were very loud in the back. That made us pretty uncomfortable but we wanted to see how the food tasted and wanted to support a small business. We were very disappointed. When we called them about the pizza and where they bought it they got very rude with us. We didn’t mean any harm we were just simply wondering. We never knew you could ruin cheese pizza until now. It was very overpriced and not worth the money. Overall not a good place to eat. Save your money and go to the nearby gas station and pick up a frozen pizza. Trust me it’ll taste much better and be a lot cheaper.

Let me start by saying this place has GREAT hogies. But… it’s a pizza place. The aforementioned pizza should be avoided. It should have been a sign when pictures of the kitchen didn’t show a dough mixer, but still I persevered. What I received (more than a times…they are local and I was hungry) was what I can guess is garbage, frozen pizza dough with a terrible taste and texture. Another side affect of not making their own dough is no bread sticks, a staple of most pizza places. Come on guys, this is akin to a movie theatre without popcorn, or a golf course without carts. Buy a used mixer and learn the incredibly simple process of making pizza dough. The community needs a pizza place, don’t make them continue to go outside the town as we have had too forever.

Their food is really bad. We’ve ordered from here a few times to give it a chance since a pizza place finally delivers to our home but it’s disappointing every time. About a month ago I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and when it arrived the box was completely smashed and was filled/dripping with grease. absolutely foul we ended up throwing it out. Last night, my husband ordered just ONE hoagie (that obviously comes with a bag of chips) and was charged over $21.48 before tip…? He didn’t realize until it got his receipt after they delivered it. The hoagie was so bad he tried eating half and threw the rest away. This place makes their food look good in pictures but it tastes awful… Not to mention, after I posted my review on their Facebook page, they have now removed the review option completely. Probably because they know how terrible their food is and all the bad reviews were killing their ratings. Pretty pathetic. Don’t waste your money on this garbage.
