My wife and I had a great time here. The beer was cold, the food was good and the service was excellent. Cynthia was fun and helpful, she was a great server and took very good care of us, she was even a good sport when we put her on the spot to help us answer a question. Will definitely come back if in the area again.

I’m here visiting a friend and decided to stop here for lunch. This place was phenomenal. The service was great and the food was delicious. Sorry I font have a Pic of my wings, I couldn’t wait to dig in. They had the right amount of sauce, were nice and hot, meaty and juicy. The pretzel was good too. Not sure what one of those sauces was but I didnt like it, the mustard was good though. Now these potstickers….OMG. you have got to try them, they were flavorful and the Thai chili sauce was perfect. I was afraid it was going to have some spice to it, too old for that kinda heartburn(lol), but it wasn’t spicy it was just good. So if you’re in the neighborhood stop by and have some great food…think I’ll have dinner here tomorrow.

35+ beers on tap! Good food. I had chicken fajitas. Very good. Other dishes were also well received. Great bar food in a casual atmosphere. The bar also offers many drinks, wine and beer selections. You’ll be happy here.

If you care about honest pricing at the table, avoid this place.
I’m writing this as a warning to other customers: Miller’s Ale House is using blatantly deceptive pricing tactics, and it’s hard to see it as anything other than intentional.
When our bill arrived, we noticed two things immediately:
1. A surprise $3 “entertainment fee” added to the check.
No explanation, no disclosure, no signage. Just quietly added to the bill. If you’re going to charge customers extra simply for dining in, at least have the integrity to tell them upfront.
2. The beer pricing is deliberately misleading.
On the menu, the beers appear to be $4, because that number is placed right next to each beer name — exactly where every other price on the menu is listed.
Except it wasn’t the price at all.
That “$4” was actually the ABV (alcohol by volume), not the cost. The actual beer price? $6.99 each.
And nowhere under the beer section do they list the real prices. Not one. The only thing they offer is a vague line saying “craft beers start at $4.99,” which is meaningless when they’re charging $6.99 and hiding it.
Meanwhile, every other item on the menu has its price clearly listed exactly where you’d expect it — except the beers. The only section missing prices is the one where they can quietly upcharge customers who assume the number next to the item is the cost.
This isn’t a mistake. This is a tactic.
And when we questioned it?
The manager didn’t even come to the table.
Instead, they sent the waitress back to deliver the explanation — putting her in the uncomfortable position of defending a policy she didn’t create. That alone tells you everything about how confident they are in these pricing practices.
Bottom line:
Miller’s Ale House is using misdirection to maximize profits, banking on customers not noticing until the bill arrives. Between the hidden beer prices, the misleading menu layout, and the surprise entertainment fee, the whole experience feels designed to take advantage of people.
There are plenty of restaurants that don’t rely on tricking their customers to make money. I’d recommend choosing one of them.

The food was good. The drinks were good. The waitress was more interested in communicating with her coworkers. We had ordered a special that was supposed to come with a potato and also vegetable melody as a side. The waitress said you asked for the fries and proceeded to go check the menu, and realized the mistake and brought it out. She did not apologize or say anything. Just dropped the food on the table and kept moving. She was not friendly. Although, we did get our food timely, and the food was good. Between getting the check and paying, the waitress went to another coworker and was more focused on talking than collecting the bill. This location I have been to a few times and have had issues where they ran out of food on the menu, but at least they had what I ordered on the menu when I went this time. At that time I visited I had to change my main course 2 times in one meal. My overall opinion is the food is ok, the atmosphere is ok, but the service and availability of menu items is hit or miss.

We needed a reservation for a pretty large group. Multiple restaurants in the are would not accommodate. I called Miller’s Ale House and was able to speak with a manager who made the reservation for our group. 2 months later, we arrive, the manager was phenomenal! The service amazing. The waitress, the best! The food- zero complaints! I highly recommend this restaurant. They absolutely nailed it and it made a huge difference in our evening! Thank you!!

I used to get excited to try new places but this place disappointed me. Server was great and attentive. Vibe was cool for a late night spot. However, the food was sad. The best thing we had was the zingers. Initially I tried to order the prime rib French dip but they didn’t have it even though it’s stated on their specials. I ended up ordering the blackened mahi sandwich. The fish was dry and had no flavor. My brothers fish and chips was unappealing. Both of our fries were were soggy and luke warm. In my opinion for the price point the value is not there.

Rachel was our bartender at Miller’s Ale House in Parsippany and she was great. She was super friendly, knew her stuff, and handled everything easily even when it got busy. Our drinks were always on point and she made sure we were good without constantly hovering. You could tell she enjoys what she does, and it honestly made the whole experience better. Would definitely sit at the bar again just because of her.

Server: Justin! He was rad. Friendly, checked in a lot, but not in that super annoying, give us some space kinda way. Super accommodating, and patient with my friends and I for our yearly meet up. After we had some dinner, we were going to venture out somewhere else, Justin wouldn’t have it. He was totally cool with us staying there and chilling out.
He is a super handsome youngin, so of course had to ask if he had a Dad that was single (not).
We enjoyed Justin very much
We do look forward to maybe coming out over the summer to sit on that lovely patio.
We all had a french onion soup, I know. Could we be more annoying. That was great.
I had my free Zingers coupon.
My friend had a White Claw bucket deal to to herself. The Blue Moon was delicious.
I had a Cobb salad which was enough for me to take home the next day. I can’t remember what they ate but it was delicious.

Loved my experience here! Unfortunately, my phone was dead at the time so I was unable to get pictures of the food, but it was all great. I got the Prime Burger, which was delicious and cooked perfectly.
