Great casual BBQ spot for the whole family! We dined in and brought the kids, and everything from start to finish was excellent. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our meal. The ribs were incredibly delicious—tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The mac and cheese was a big hit too, especially with the kids. The cheese fries are absolutely amazing. Friendly service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Food was ok” there was a table behind us fighting, which was uncomfortable.. the server was friendly but forgot items of food, and though it wasn’t crowded it felt chaotic..young man, never checked on us until we sat there for an hour..and the atmosphere just wasn’t where I’d spend that much on lunch to return..I wanted it to be better it just is ok…

so we went into rib city this evening with a party of eight. When we walked in, we saw a sign at the front hostess station that said they now have dual pricing one price for cash one price for credit card. Which no big deal except it says the menu reflects the cash prices. So we asked for a menu, reflecting the card prices and could not get one. We asked the manager what the card prices were or what the markup was she could not tell us. She said it was different for each item depending on what we order and that we would find out when we got our bill. she said it could be 2.00 for an item or more depending on the item. it made no sense so she called someone and found out it was a 3% card surcharge. ok no big deal but they should have known that when we asked. instead of telling us it was different per item. they need to change the verbage on the sign.

“Where everybody knows your name…”. I get my lunches from this Rib City A LOT. In fact, there are a couple of servers who recognize my phone number and what I want to eat! It kinda makes my day. Everybody is very friendly! The food is great, spicy ranch ROCKS and you can even get low calorie, tasty and satisfyingin one meal (Looking at you, Chicken on the Greens)! And the best thing? Today will be another Rib City day for me!

Went there today as I have many times before. It was about 3 pm and 2 or 3 customers. I was very discouraged about the dual pricing. Owner/management making a big mistake on how this pricing was rolled out. It’s not the idea of giving a different price for cash versus credit card but the menu should reflect THE price. If handled differently I would come back but add in poor service is too much. I won’t be back.

I’m not a fan of BBQ, but it was the better option I had, so went in. I’m so happy i did! I had the 1/2 rack of short ribs with onion rings and Cole slaw. Ribs were tender and tangy with a sweet BBQ sauce they were cooked in. The Onion rings were on point and the Cole slaw was exactly as it should be, a slight sweetness married with creaminess and crunch. Service was amazing! Very friendly, but not intrusive. Good price for what you’re getting.

Service was great. Food was good. We started with a cheese fry that was recommended and then split the shrimp and ribs. Unfortunately no grilled shrimp but very good. Waitress came around many times to check on us. Will definitely be coming back

First time here and i tried the farm and it was amazing! The tenders were super crispy on the outside and juicy inside, the mild sauce added just the right kick, and the waffle fries were perfectly seasoned. The melted cheese and bacon on top made it even better, and the ranch tied it all together. It’s the perfect comfort meal — flavorful, filling, and made fresh. Definitely one of my new favorite spots!
