Slowest drive through ever. You might as well go somewhere and sit down and eat. It would be faster. Ordered at 506 with 1 car ahead of me (they were given 1 bag) and left at 525. I was not even talked to at the window for at least 5 minutes. This happens everytime. Food is mid at best.

For the little money spent the food is of excellent quality. We asked the employee at the counter to make our onion rings extra crispy. He delivered a bag of super delicious, dark brown, beautifully crispy onion rings. He had a very positive attitude towards us and the customers behind us. The facility was clean and orderly.

A&W Root Beer – Prescott Valley (Viewpoint Rd)
I recently visited the A&W Root Beer location in Prescott Valley off Viewpoint Road with five friends, and between the six of us we placed an order totaling around $100. Amy assisted us during our visit, and she did an excellent job.
Despite the size of the order, Amy was efficient, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. She handled everything smoothly, made sure our order was accurate, and kept a positive attitude, which really stood out. Customer service like this makes a big difference, especially when accommodating larger groups.
Great food, classic A&W quality, and outstanding service from Amy. We’ll definitely be back and appreciate the effort she put into making our visit a good one.

Just moved here from Phoenix and the only time I ever get A&W is when I go to dateland California. I literally live not even a half a mile away and this is the worst food I’ve ever had in my life. Food tastes like dog food. My root beer shake tasted like peanut butter for some reason. Never will come here again even though it’s the closest food spot near me.

Iv only drove through a few times, but I have to say service was fine, the food is awful now burgers bland, Chilly dogs the chilli bitter and sour. I think the only thing I like is the root beer.

My parents and I always grew up around A&W products, so this was a surprise to see a A&W open up around here!
Food is fantastic, fries and drinks even better. The service is fantastic and I loved the atmosphere with the TVs to watch while I had my lunch. I definitely will be coming back for more when I’m out in the area ❤️

This A&W restaurant is great. It was nice and clean inside the customer service was awesome. The food was delicious. Hands down this is one of the best places I’ve eaten as far as fast food.
