Brand new restaurant on Ocean Ave not too far from San Francisco City College. The food is amazing and well presented. Kamer Salad is my favorite! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff too. Everyone is very kind and helpful. I like the use of live plants and decorations it makes it look refreshing and peaceful! If you are in the area I highly recommend you’ll give it a try!

Thank you Cherylynn N. for always eating at the newest places and writing about them. She has good insights. I finally tried Megan’s after reading her review two months ago. The Cambodian/Thai food at Megan’s was OK. As a huge fan of dry Cambodian egg noodles, I wanted to try the phnom penh noodles $10 (soup on the side) was meh. But for $10, I wasn’t expecting much. There’s an option for rice or egg noodles. The crunchy garlic bits were a nice touch. The noodles were semi springy and some stuff was lacking. Some fish cake, minced meat bits, little crunchy pork grins or cilantro is usually included for these types of noodles. This bowl of noodles felt rush as the shrimp was recently defrosted in warm water. For the Loc Lac $15 shaking beef, this was OK too. The onions goes well with beef. It was too chewy and the brown sauce was overly salted. My mouth had a weird aftertaste for a few hours after eating it. At least the restaurant looks nice. It felt like I was eating at an outdoors patio because of the string lights that are found in home improvement stores for the patio. The fresh cut flowers on the counter and tables will make you want to bring a date. I need to come back and try their salads. They look good.

Minor nits: Slow service. The restaurant was full. Six tables and the counter. There was one elderly waitress handling the tables, the to-go orders and bussing the tables. It is an impossible task. They should get her some help. Poor thing. The menu price for a fried egg is $3 but is $4 on the receipt.

Tried Megan’s table out our first night at our new apartment in the area, ended up coming back 2 more times during our first week alone, and now come by for a bite at least once a week!! This Thai/Khmer spot is so good, and the spice hits just right— they ask for what spice level you prefer from 1-5 and we usually get level 3-4. Loved every dish we’ve had so far and have reordered the Cambodian skewers each time. The limited Leng soup is fantastic. Prices here are pretty good too! The Phnom Penh noodles are only $10 and the bowl size is pretty much a whole meal. What a steal!!! Would also recommend trying their Thai coffee

A little gem! The service is always great, friendly staff and good food. If you like spicy and sour flavors, the Leng soup is amazing. The fried rice is my all-time favorite!

Surprising that I found this new Thai and Cambodian restaurant on Ocean Ave. I had chicken fried rice which is amazing. I love that they have dessert menu and a lot of options for drinks as well. I would recommend try their espresso tonic which I had. It is very refreshing!

They are on soft opening right now and very open to feedbacks.

Run, don’t walk to support this new authentic and absolutely delicious and fresh restaurant.

We ordered one of nearly everything and the flavors and fresh quality was not short of our favorite Thai food since our travels to South East Asia last summer….the cafe space is cozy yet spacious and contemporary and the fresh florals and service match the entire friendly vibe!

Can’t wait to return, I’m already hungry for that papaya salad!
