Today, while on the way to a roof repair job, my employee and I decided to stop at Firehouse Subs. It was my first time ever visiting, and from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by Tommy, the General Manager. His customer service stood out—he took the time to walk me through the menu, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable with my choice.
I ended up ordering the Italian, while my employee went with the Turkey Bacon Ranch. Both sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The bread was warm, the ingredients tasted high-quality, and the portions were very satisfying.
The store itself was spotless—tables, counters, and drink stations were all clean and well-kept. The entire atmosphere felt inviting and professional, and it was clear that Tommy takes pride in running a great location.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better first impression. Between the friendly service, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the quality of the food, Firehouse Subs made a fan out of me. I’ll definitely be stopping by again and recommending it to others.

I eat here for lunch frequently and unfortunately they tend to miss the mark a lot. This is my 5th messed up order from here, I just ordered a large sandwich that I’d supposed to have turkey, ham, and roast beef, I added black olives, bacon, and wheat bread. I got white bread, no roast beef, no olives, and non of the Cajun mayo I asked for. They really struggle on following people’s orders for some reason. I wish this place cared more about their work. It’s a shame to pay 20$ and not even get anything you asked for.

The one time that size really matters…..Ordered a small which they claim is 4″ on the website but only measures 3″ in real life… Tried the seasonal Thanksgiving sub, turkey was good but the tiny smear of cranberry and stuffing is barely present, and they charge you an additional buck for the side of gravy (which was gross jar tasting). Bread was nothing special, just go to Jersey Mike’s for a small that will actually feed you and be less cost.

We wanted to love this- ordered two subs and one of them was completely wrong- added tomatoes when we asked for none- and bread was sopping wet from them. They also added so much mayo and mustard it was actually inedible. The entire sub was mushy and gross. Super disappointed

This was my first order at this location and wasn’t disappointed. I tried the hot specialty New Yorker for the first time and it was very good. The Schar gluten free bread is great! I’m so glad they have Schar bread. I had the pastrami sub at another location. Now I want to try all the subs because so far they are very good. Update 10-10-23 The Philly cheesesteak is my new favorite. I get it with extra meat extra mayo and extra mustard. The Schar bread soaks up all the mouthwatering flavor!

The new bread makes Subway restaurant bread seem gourmet. Flavorless. Tough. Made offsite. I’m sure that it was not expired or old bread…just poorly made in a factory. You’re better off getting a sub at a grocery store as it will taste the same and only cost a third of what it does here.
I will add that the service is and has always been top notch 5/5. However, getting away from the schar bread was a huge mistake, and a terrible idea by the corporate office.

Firehouse Subs is always a treat for me, and is so much better than SW in my opinion.
I’ve never had a bad experience with them, and my personal favorite sandwich is the Hot Pastrami fully involved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I didn’t realize until I was one and a half medium subs in when I saw this tomato. There’s no way the person who made my sandwiches didn’t see this and they still decided to put it on the sandwich. I have no idea if my other sandwich had tomatoes like this on it. Currently freaking out because I don’t want to get sick. Will not be ordering from here again.
