Pizza Hut used to be so good! I ordered last night and got a pepperoni bacon cheese pizza with like zero cheese. It was insane. There were barely any toppings at all so very disappointed. Also, why is there no Alfredo sauce or ranch sauce options anymore?

We were served, but the service just wasn’t up to par. This was at the Eaton, Ohio store. We ordered a pizza with extra sauce and got one with no sauce and when asked for a cup of sauce and to explain to the server that we got the pizza with no sauce he walked away before we could explain to him why we needed it. The pizza just wasn’t right without the sauce on it. Yes, we should have had them make another one, but just didn’t want to deal with it and wait so just dipped it in the cup of sauce. We also ordered a sub that was supposed to have dressing on it and a pickle spear and I got neither and had to ask for that and again the server acted like we were bothering him. Then when he brought the bill we asked for a to go cup and a box and when he came back all I got was the to go cup. Had to go get my own box. We won’t be going back anytime soon.

We went there yesterday for lunch. Our waitress was the only person working. She was also covering kitchen duties, and did a stellar job under the circumstances. Our food was good, although we waited a long time. Several people gave up and left. This location is always short staffed. Would not recommend this restaurant unless something changes with management and staffing.

Opened at 11(?). Arrived at 11:55 to a darkened facility. Greeted after a few minutes and seated after verifying they’re open. As I’m seated the turn on the lights. I tell her I want the salad bar, and something off of the menu.
It’s well more than 5 minutes before she returns to take my order (there’s absolutely no one else in the store). While not filthy, the facility wasn’t clean (especially for just having opened up).
Flat soda. Got to the self serve salad bar, and there were no serving utensils. I ordered a sandwich (as I wasn’t paying the menu prices for wings… and didn’t see a small pizza option on the menu). The fries were on the well done side, as was the bread on the sandwich (wasn’t just toasted, it was HARD and crunchy).
I was amazed at how the lobby stayed virtually empty during lunch (through the noon hour). After my experience… I see why. Didn’t finish the food… and didn’t bother for a 2nd visit to the salad bar.
And… if you’ve not been to a Pizza Hut in a while, the pizza options seem limited, and prices for pizza, and especially for wings, is HIGH!! I came here, mainly as the parking lot was empty, and most places in town were full. I like to support, and help keep places in business. I don’t think I’ll be back too soon, as there are too many, better options for wings (and even pizza).

Ordered carry out for lunch. Pizza was really good and the girl behind the counter was great. Very respectful and she made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunch. I’ll definitely go back.

Pizza was underdone and ordered extra pepperoni. Does this pizza look like it has extra pepperoni? It’s like anything else. You pay more and get less, but I’m very disappointed in Pizza Hut in Eaton.

Second time in a row that we have received the same wings when two different types have been ordered. I guess I’ll be checking them in front of the cashier every time I pick them up. Also is there a sauce shortage I’m unaware of? Had to add some of my own bbq sauce on what I did receive. Ridiculous.
