10/10 every time we come. The owner, Mr Eugene, runs a tight ship and it shows! My food is always hot and out in a timely manner. Not to mention the quality of the food! This sub shop contributes all through the community and it shows! Come show them some love!

Food is outstandingly fresh. Sandwiches are great ,and piled with meat and veggies. Really liked the proteins. Bread was good, but not on par with Subway. That said I would probably defer to here most times. Interested to try a hot sandwich,meatball or the French dip. There may be variations of bread. We had a coupon, and ordered what was allowable choices. Girl at register was nice. Food came out quick. Place looked extremely clean and tidy. It definitely goes in our rotation. Give it a try

This was the worst sub I have ever seen I paid 28 dollars for this thing and there was over 4 inches with no meat on It very disappointed and the best part of looking at your reviews is you only respond to positive comments you see the picture this was the most expensive sub you have that was nothing but bread and I am sure I will never hear what you have to say

From the moment I walked in, the manager was loudly barking orders with no professionalism. No one could enjoy their meal — the entire dining area could hear him yelling at the staff. Regardless of the workplace, a manager should demonstrate professionalism, respect, and dignity toward their team. The employees looked exhausted and defeated, yet continued to work hard without pushing back.
For what it’s worth, my sandwich and the service provided by the team were excellent. The staff did an amazing job under pressure. I wish I could share photos to show how unhappy they looked, but I would never violate their privacy.

I usually do not leave reviews but this time I think I will. I went into this restaurant with my 2 younger daughters. We came over from books a million. The restroom at BAM was out of order and my 5 year old needed to use the restroom. The 2 young men behind the counter said the restroom was closed but they allowed her to use it because she’s legit 5! The manager was sitting in his truck outside of the restaurant and the young boy I’m assuming was called to the door. The manager began yelling and screaming at him for allowing my daughter to use the restroom. When the boy came back inside I said “ is that your manager.” He said “yes mam.” I said “well manager or not, don’t ever in your life allow someone to talk to you like that.” As a professional, If anyone ever talked to me like that, they would have immediately been without an employee. A female employee also came in and apologized for us having to hear what the manager said. So to the manager, you sir have no business running an establishment. To the employees: I’m sorry if that’s something you have to deal with on a daily basis and again thank you for allowing her to use the restroom instead of turning her away to have an accident.

We ordered the Thanksgiving sub and was disappointed. It should be called the stuffing sub. Not much meat and cranberry sauce was non existent.

Gotta give this place a shout out. We made a pit stop for lunch on the way home to Dallas Texas, and walked in and were immediately greeted by Eugene and his team. Their hospitality was infectious. Eugene helped with our order and was so friendly, engaging, and funny. Made us feel like we’d known each other our whole lives. We watched him manage his team, provide exceptional customer service to the guests dining in and taking out. We were very impressed as there was so much brightness in the restaurant with people getting loved on by Eugene. I haven’t seen a franchise like this before.

This place was awesome. Six of us so not gonna lidt everyone’s order, but lemme say it was fast, correct, delicious, good value, and a pleasant surprise from expectations. Management was very friendly and came at an appropriate amount of time after we started eating to check on us and make sure that everything was satisfactory. The place is immaculately clean. All staff was super friendly. Just a great quick lunch!
