So let’s keep in mind that this is a Taco Bell and so the food was as expected, the service was actually quite good and the store itself was clean.
However this picture that I took of the ordering menu I walked into this restaurant where I could not talk to a person to order and was forced to order from a kiosk with no ability to talk to someone. There were people working there it’s just that they would not come to the counter to speak with me and maybe I’m old but it was very disappointing that I couldn’t order my food talking to a person. The way the electronic menu is set up if you’re familiar with what they offer you’re okay but other than that you have to guess what kinds of things you might want.
I doubt if I will go back to this Taco Bell again.
For reference I travel both domestically and internationally around 100 nights per year eating all sorts of local foods.

Can I give this negative stars? False advertising. The menu shows you get food, and I got the freezing cold mystery items below. Charged us $22 dollars for a burrito they got wrong, cold food, and no chesse. Rude lady at the counter. Food on the table we sat at. Didn’t even give me the delights I ordered. Only can pay a kiosk. Don’t come here.

Place was dirty. Seen a couple roaches crawling around. Would not take order at counter. Asked employee how often they clean the kiosks that they made you put your order on. Employee said they clean it once at night. Not during the day at all. Husband went to the bathroom said employee was in there and left without washing their hands.

The people are really nice everytime, but let’s face it. Taco bell food is just not as good as it used to be, especially the Mexican Pizza. Everytime I order one the shell tastes like chemicals or old grease. It’s foul and inedible, now I know darn well the employees know what’s happening and maybe management just isn’t doing nothing about it.
