Best Arby’s experience I’ve ever had. Came in around 5 pm. Greeted and had order taken inside immediately. Had a coupon for the 3 course meal. The cashier even gave me the option for tater cakes. Other locations like friendship road will not take that coupon. Food came out super fresh. It was all really the best quality and taste I’ve ever had at Arby’s. Highly recommend

I just purchased the the bacon turkey meal with a regular fries no salt and a small lemonade. The fries was nice and hot, the drink was fine, but the sandwich was not edible. The lettuce was spoiled. I called as I already reached home, I asked for the manager and the individual who answered, said he was the manager. I informed him of my findings, which he replied “Our lettuce are fresh!” I asked him his name and he said it’s Daniel. Afterwards he told me he can remake it if I give him my name. My issue is my dining experience was ruined and I didn’t receive an apology, instead an excuse as if I am making this up.

My local Arby’s, it was clean and quick and staff were polite. Today, I tried the new diablo dare challenge. I got the chicken. The food was hot and clearly fresh. I enjoyed the chicken and the heat was actually pretty decent. It’s more a smokey heat verse straight out spicy. As I write this I can still feel the heat in the back of my throat. Over all, the new sandwich has a good mouth feel. The chicken was crispy. Yes they do give you a small shake as well. I would order this again.
Update 2022 Diablo chicken sandwich. It is still pretty good and still pretty darn spicy. If you are looking for some heat I recommend it. The chicken was nice and crispy. The actual sandwich pretty closely matches the picture. Overall, I would order it again. 🙂

We went through drive through. The cashier told me the total was $23,which was too much because i was ordering 2 orders of mozz sticks, 1 order of jalapeño bites,we drive around, when she (Janyah) the cashier saw me, she said it is $18, i paid, when I got my receipt it was $19,26,which included $1 Charity hand. I parked and went in, I told her what was that? I did not authorize that “charity hand”. She was talking to me in a lower voice, not wanting her co workers to heard what she did. Meaning since the beginning of my purchase she was trying to take advantage and charge more!!. This is fraud!! Stealing money from customers!!.

So, it’s an Arby’s. You either like it or you don’t and you know who you are. As far as Arby’s food goes this one is 8 out of 10. The atmosphere however is super weird. For some reason instead of music they decided to play Christian talk radio.
No I’m not really complaining about that. People can listen to what they want to. However as I’m chowing down on a double roast beef sandwich; hearing someone tell me how gluttony is bad; it makes me wonder man, should I actually be here? No, I should be somewhere healthier at least.
Not sure if this Vibe is limited only to when sermons about gluttony are on the overhead sound system, but it certainly made me not want to go back. For the sake of my own soul.

We have not eaten at Arby’s in a long time & decided to stop by on our way back home. Now i know why. First off, we weren’t greeted by either employee that was up front. I had to say: Hi, how are you! My sandwich was cold & the potato cakes were luke warm. They literally had like 10 lined up on a warmer. There is no telling how long they had been there. Needless to say…we were very disappointed.
