This used to be the best place in town. The past several times we have ordered delivery, it’s taken an hour or more. Today, it took 2 hours. I called back at about an hour and a half, after being told it would be here in 30-35 minutes. I asked the young boy I spoke with if it was on the way and he said the delivery person had just gotten there. So, I asked if the order had been sitting there all that time and he says it was on the warmer. I said that was unacceptable, especially for the price, and he says, “well that’s just how it is”. So I asked to speak to the manager, she answered and said, that no, it had just been made and would be right here. The food was cold, the boxes were cold, the food was very obviously not fresh! That will be the last time we order from there. Customer service is not good! They did not offer a discount or anything. Do better!

I give everything about Trackside Pizza a 10 out of 10!!! Dave and the team are very genuine people. The restaurant was very clean, the service was superb and the pizza was delicious. I ended up getting the pleasure of having pizza there for lunch today while making a delivery and I loved every second of it!!!! DAVE, IT WAS A PLEASURE TO MEET YOU AGAIN AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE. I will definitely be back for more of their great tasting food!!

I really hate to write this review because I’ve always been a big fan of their pizza. We ordered 2 different times recently for a pickup order and both times the order was lost or misplaced when we arrived to pick it up. Having to wait for the order to be made again. The owner even said she was sorry it seems every time we come it’s some sort of issue what she didn’t offer was anything for the inconvenience that she was aware about on our last 2 orders. Instead charging full price for both orders. Not even offering a glass of water for the wait or inconvenience. After the order was done, the order was placed in the warming area and left until the delivery driver came in to give us the order. The owner had more important things to cater to on her cell phone than wait on her customer’s and make sure they are satisfied after multiple mistakes. As a local business owner, I would be furious if my customers were treated this way and someone would probably lose their job. Unfortunately we won’t be going to this restaurant any longer due to the careless and disregard for their customers. Truly saddens me to say that because the pizza is best around in my opinion. But horrible service shouldn’t be overlooked for quality tasting food.

Place was clean, employees helpful. Ordered two calzones and they were good, ordered a baked pasta and it came out hot on the top, cheese all melted, however the inside was ice cold. The staff was a little confused but reheated it and all was good.
