Best mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. The food was immaculate. I got a crispy chicken deluxe and my first bite wasn’t just hot, fresh, and juicy. But crispy, as the name implies it to be but never is. I could feel, hear, and taste the simultaneous crunch of the breading and the lettuce, which i spent my entire life until that moment not knowing i could process the difference between the two when they were co occurring.
The guy working wore a coat as large as his grimace. He wasn’t impolite, but he certainly wasn’t anywhere near as enthusiastic about this mcdonalds as I was.

Ordered breakfast today.
Has brown’s were super soggy with oil.
2 mcgriddles both burnt to a crisp.
And my coffee tasted like soap.
Terrible location. Do not come here.

Around 5:20 p.m., I was at this store. I ordered three orders of the No. 9 combo, plus 10 chicken nuggets and two small caramel frappés. The guy taking my order was very friendly and understood me well. I went to the first window, paid, and then to the second. When a dark-skinned man with glasses approached, he handed me my bag of fries, chicken nuggets, and burgers. With a smile, I thanked him for the service, and he handed me my soda. He looked at me intently, and I told him I was missing the frappés. He took it and gave me a medium one. I told him I was missing one and that I apologized for bothering him. Everyone started looking around, and then they did, but I had the receipt handy just in case. At that point, I realized I was missing one burger, and they might say, “But for one burger?” Nooooo! When he came back, I said, “Honey, you only gave me 5 burgers.” He looked at me sulkily and then gave me the already prepared burger. However, I still needed a straw, and I hesitated a bit to ask for it, as he seemed annoyed. I asked for it, and he spoke to me rudely.
As a customer service worker, I understand that we should be empathetic, and I know that not all customers are good people. However, I was as kind as possible to him and apologized for the service I was receiving. I think they should have been more careful when placing items in the bag so this situation wouldn’t happen again. I was upset because, in reality, I wasn’t rude to him, and I was treated poorly. And I’m one of those who always tips, as tips work very well for me thanks to good customer service. But I didn’t give them up because of the situation. As long as he uses and spends my money, I’ll complain if I miss something, but I will treat people well. I hope he’ll be committed and provide better customer service.

Love there new app it made McDonald’s a lot more desirable. I stoped going for years because it would be a complete waste of money and time. No one wants to pay to have people be rude to them , mess the their order up , and wait forever for their food . With the app you don’t have to speak to nobody you order it yourself . You pull up and get your order quick and easy. Plus there are great deals . The employees must love the app too because they seem a-lot more happier and helpful now. Great customer service and always have a smile.

Through the drive-through and the manager was so nasty told me not to ever come to the McDonald’s again please do not go to this McDonald’s in a boy getting treated like you’re begging for food. There’s a good McDonald’s down in North Andover. Do not go to the McDonald’s here in Lawrence and the one on Broadway Street that’s the worst

This is an inner-city location, very small with limited seating. It’s been remodeled to reflect the times. There are 2 or 3 video ordering stations, and only one register for in-person cash orders. Between the two is the food pick-up area. The area is used for both in restaurant ordering and on-line & food-app orders. Consequently, customers and food delivery people are standing around in the lobby waiting on each order to pop-out. The smallest crowd causes confusion for any new customers walking in. Each new arrival has to ask, “are you waiting to order? ” it’s extremely unclear because the lobby just makes no sense. Oh, and from the lobby you now see ZERO percent of the food part of the restaurant. You’ll just have to assume they is a restaurant and they are making food. It’s just the most bizarre McDonald’s design I’ve ever seen. I don’t give it 6 more months before another remodeling for this location.
As for the food, it was fine. Exactly what you expect from McDonald’s. I’m was hot, fresh, and tasty, which I would expect at high-noon at any McDonald’s. The staff was fine, they are always friendly when I visit this location. There is a drive thru, and this location never seems to back up. This is a successful, long-standing location, so they’re doing more correctly than not. I’ve always received decent food at this location.

It’s a mess with the orders, they always deliver it to you wrong by drive. They don’t listen to the orders as you want and they always deliver it to you incorrectly.
