Went to Panera this morning, got in the drive thru line at 8:08am, there were 0 cars ahead of me & the parking lot wasn’t busy at all…. I ordered two bagels, that’s it… two bagels. Tell me why I didn’t get my food til 8:29am!!!! If it wasn’t for the lady already having me pay, I would have left. The time before this I went for lunch and had to wait an absurd amount of time. I should have went in today but I have them the benefit of the doubt. Never again.. Panera costs WAY too much money for it to take this long in the drive thru. Insane and unacceptable!

Every time I come to the Medina Panera drive-through you will absolutely wait 15 to 25 minutes when it’s just you ended another car sometimes even just you the drive-through is absolutely ridiculous. I’m waiting 16 minutes now for an order I placed online to pick up through drive through (I’m sick) I thought maybe, just maybe this time would be different because I ordered online but nope.. I’ve been at the window for atleast 10 minutes with no one even opening it. I told myself every time don’t get food here because of the drive-through I go to the Brunswick , Panera which is 15 minutes away and they are out in a timely manner but even when they’re backed up with cars, always comes out within 5 minutes, Medina, I don’t know what’s the deal with the kitchen is big enough back there. It’s crazy though and it should change.

Ordered online from work for the drive through. I received my order 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. No one came to the drive thru window when I got there for at least 10 minutes. I felt bad for the girl that did come because she looked very hurried and stressed. Probably not the staffs fault. There are many other alternatives in the area so I won’t be back.

Horrible customer service. Ordered on the app to pick up 45 minutes later. My items (2 souffles and a scone) were listed as available. After I arrived, the lady told me they didn’t have my order because they sold the items to someone else. I said fine then give me a refund. She said because I ordered on the app they couldn’t do that. I said I paid for breakfast and if you’re not going to give me a refund then you’re going to go find equal value items for my breakfast. She tried to pawn off a bagel for a $20 order. I said no you need to find a comparable breakfast. At the end of the day she gave me a cold croissant with egg and cheese on it, stale and inedible scone, and over-microwaved and inedible one of the two souffles I ordered. For $20. After making me wait for 10 minutes at the window. Then what she did give me was barely warm. Never again.

Was the worst wait I have had a Panera since eating there!!! It was over a half hour wait just to get my food order- should not have been that long with 6-8 people in there- just not acceptable!!! They seemed to wanted to do the Uber’s and their catering, and to go’s more then the paying customer that comes in the restaurant !!! Definitely will not come back to the Medina one, suggest others stay away from this one because of long wait!!!

This at one time was one of the best Panera stores around, it has gone downhill so fast it is such a shame. Last night me and my wife waited over twenty minutes for soup and a sandwich, with the store being nearly empty. The food was not good and the only thing worse then the food was the service.

Very disappointed in my visit today. My husband and I just wanted a snack. We ordered 2 coffees and a pastry. The server was friendly, but the pastry was stale. This was first time in a while we ordered pastry. The size is smaller than in the past. Not the same quality. Will not order again. Looks like Paneras trying to cut corners to save money.

This Panera was cleaner than others I frequent. The service was pleasant and the staff seemed engaged and organized. A very pleasant aspect was that the music didn’t seem to be at the “corporate required” loud level, making it easy to visit with my friend.
