Nice, predictable bagel chain. Store are well designed and this one includes some local references. Service is quick and friendly. We just had a bagel and coffee. Both we very good. Nice seating inside and on the patio. Only complaint is trash was evident in hard to reach places and flood needed sweeping at 12:30 am.

Been a good while since I’ve been to one of these. Definitely stepped up their bagel game. Not the front of service. Need to up their coffee quality too. My bagel sandwich was a bit greasy and messy but still tasty. I’d go back. App doesn’t allow you to customize

There are literal chunks of DIRT on the lettuce in my sandwich.
They clearly didn’t wash the lettuce. I will assume that everything else is unwashed including tomatoes, cooking utensils, hands….?!!! That’s gross and unacceptable.
I paid $10 to eat dirt from this location.
Unfortunately, this location was the go-to spot for much of the food for our work events. Sadly after others hear of this incident, it’s unlikely that this location will continue receiving our business.

I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of service at this Einstein’s. I was on the phone with my girlfriend this morning when she pulled into Einstein’s drive-thru for a toasted Asiago bagel with onion chive cream cheese and a strawberry smoothie. This was around 8:10 am this morning.
The window attendant was a pushy girl too concerned with the conversation between she and her colleague to offer accurate service. As my girlfriend tried to order her food, the girl kept rushing her, cutting her off. There were no other cars in the drive-thru line.
After paying, my girlfriend left only to realize too late that the girl had given her an onion bagel with sour cream cheese. Adding to the wrong order is the fact that the bagel was stale, hard and inedible.
My gf was unable to return to the store immediately as she was on her way to work. She was not given a receipt either, only her change.
After four attempts to call the store, we haven’t been able to reach anyone. Instead we’ve received automated voices telling us that they are too busy to answer the phone.
The worse part is that we really like this Einstein’s. But when you have your heart set on something, pay for it, don’t get what you paid for, and are given bad customer service on top of it all, you’ll be less likely to go back to that place again.

Excellent bagels and an amazing environment. My husband doesn’t care about most food places but he loves this one. They have cranberry bagels which is hard to find. They even make hot chocolate the way I like it and I’m a really picky eater. Thank you for moving into Tucker area and thank you for making our stomachs happy.

Fantastic service! Fast moving line, received my coffee right away( this is something that has never happened when visiting the Newnan, GA location- usually receive beverages 5-10 minutes after receiving food), very friendly staff, the brisket bagel sandwich was fantastic and it was an overall pleasant experience.

Einstein’s is one of my favorites spots! I love this location everytime I’m in town. The environment is very welcoming. My favorite sandwich is the maple house but I always love to try something new! Just tried the dragon fruit lemon drop.. 10/10 recommend!!!

Firstly I almost never leave reviews but I absolutely had to after my negative experience. I order a wheat bagel in the drive through just to wait 15 minutes in the drive through to find out they didn’t have wheat bagels. The cashier offered me another bagel and I agreed just to wait another 10 minutes for that bagel to be made. After the bagel had been given to me after a 25 minute wait, I no longer felt like it would be fair for me to wait this long and pay for a bagel I didn’t even order. So I asked for a refund in which the manger took an additional 5 minutes to do so. She did not give me my refund directly to my card and gave me cash instead and demanded the bagel back before she gave me a refund. The managers were very rude and not understanding at all. I wasted 30 minutes with horrible service and did not receive the bagel that I came for. I do not recommend this unorganized location.
