EDIT: got in touch with management and they gave us a voucher for new entrees, chips and guac to be used in the next 30 days. I appreciate the effort to make things right but it is somewhat annoying that this was necessary at all
Ordered through the app. Normally we love chipotle but this location was not consistent with the franchise’s quality. Place was dirty when we went in to pick up the food. The bag was correctly labeled but when we got home the contents were meals ordered by and prepared for someone else. They did remember to put in the correct chips and guac, but the guac itself was brown and inedible. The AI chatbot on the app has not yet proved to be helpful in resolving this matter.

Normally we have a great meal however today, at 430 pm on a Saturday the experience was less than optimal. We were told they were out of all chicken products, then out of mild salsa, no lettuce, no red chimichurri, and no chips. Drinks were minimal options as well. No covers for the bowl or small drinks. And, no the meal was not duscounted, still cost over $35 for 2 bowl meals and small drinks. The staff was pleasant and apologetic however, this is not the experience we drove an hour to have dinner at Chipolte.

Sharing my experience in hopes someone has a better one. The manager grace was very unpleasant when asked to help with the lack of ice in the machine and all of the sodas being flat, VERY FLAT. When asking to swap out the sodas for a bottled beverage the response I received was “I can’t give away free drinks” when no one wanted them for free and I would of paid the up charge. When getting checked out they didn’t have any bills to give back in change. EVERY table was filthy. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Let me preface by saying I have ordered UberEats from here numerous times without issue. I ordered a veggie burrito and chips. All was fine until I bit down and didn’t hear a crunch but rather a crack. There was a piece of bone in the burrito. This was a veggie burrito and I’m not even mad I’m just very curious how this even happened.

The food was good but the service left a lot to be desired. The first person whobstarted our burritos was pretty gruff and impatient and acted as though we were a burden to her. Then the second person who put toppings on the burritos completely ignored my partners requests and put on the wrong toppings and also acted like we were an inconvenience to her. And finally the cashier told us that they only accepted exact change if we paid cash and could not give change. The change was only going to be around $1.50 but this rubbed me the wrong way, there was no posted message about this, and I suspect it was some sketchy way for them to get tips. I tipped more anyway so it wasn’t a big deal but then they didn’t thank me or anything. I’m not the type of person to make a big deal about things like that but the whole experience was uncomfortable and weird. The food was fine and it was busy inside but it makes me hesitant to return.

The food was great. Both of us ate until we were stuffed and still had some for the next day. It was fresh and it was the same price as McDonald’s charged us for two big Mac meals. That’s a hell of a deal from Chipotle. Kudos for a great meal at a great price.

Ordered off Doordash and gave 5 stars before I opened it as I assumed I recieved my order properly. I ordered a quesadilla with beans, sour cream, and red salsa on the side with a coke. It came in a burrito box with only sour cream and red salsa and I got a sprite. Never had anything like this happen before at any other chipotle.

The entire place was filthy. Food all over the serving counter and every single table. We had to wipe down a table ourselves just to have somewhere to sit. There were two employees on there side of the building talking and appeared to be vaping. Not one single employee even made eye contact, let alone smiled or even said hello. The food was good, but my bowl was put together very sloppy and almost with an attitude. Soda machine and ice were out. Would not go back to this location.
