Señor Bean is an affordable and authentic Mexican restaurant, Tex-Mex restaurant in Downtown Dallas with a full bar & grill offering both lunch and dinner service Monday through Saturday, located in a quaint restaurant surrounded by the City Skyline. Casual place to eat close by.
Since I have been to a million Mexican restaurants I’ve come to expect similar flavors. I was pleasantly surprised by bright, fresh flavors, and a little heat. Delicious salsa! Delicious carnitas Verde!

Senor Bean is a Mexican spot located downtown. Met here for a quick lunch with some girl friends.
The food was lackluster and my stomach started to hurt soon after I ate. I ordered chicken and shrimp fajitas, chips and salsa, rice and beans. All the food was salty and lacked any original flavor. I did not like the shirt at all and wish the veggies were cooked a little a longer.
The best thing I had was the spicy salsa and chips.
My total came to round $18.
Also, there’s hardly any free street parking offered in this area, but I did get lucky today. I don’t plan on coming back.

For a Mexican restaurant in downtown Dallas, this place is pretty great! There was a group of us at dinner that were seated quickly, our waitress was very attentive, and our food tasted good and the portions were perfectly sized.
The shrimp quesadilla was really good — packed with medium sized shrimp, and it wasn’t soggy. I wish the tortilla soup had rice, but the broth was delicious and the chicken was juicy with crispy tortilla chips. Oh, and the drinks are great with awesome prices! Overall, it’s worth a visit!

This place is to small , the waiter was rude until she realized we had a Latino person in our group. I saw 3 roaches while eating here and this was only a few weeks ago. Rather wait for door dash

It was good considering I am from Arizona and usually when I get Mexican food in TX it is TexMex and this wasn’t. So it was good and I would get it again. The beans sort of tasted like they were made with enchilada sauce and that was new for me.

Can’t believe that I have never been here before. Best fajitas I’ve had in years!!! Lunch prices were awesome. Definitely getting your bang for the buck. And the beef was seriously tasty. Even the warm salsa they serve with the chips was on point! Service was very friendly and inviting. First time today and it definitely won’t be my last!
