My wife, daughter and I went there was an older woman at the cash register. She didn’t appear to know what she was doing so she told a younger man to take care of it who was doing five things. Neither of them greeted us and after about 20 minutes of them two arguing about who’s doing what we decided to walk out and go somewhere else because 20 minutes for somebody to ring us up is ridiculous

I don’t normally review fast food places, but tonight Wendy’s went above and beyond in service recovery. I came in for supper, ordered up their harvest salad. A while after I ordered and paid the front counter member waved me over. They didn’t have the harvest salad. He was very apologetic. Offered up any other salad. I was good with the change, all their salads are excellent. I picked the apple one and he offered up a shake for my inconvenience… I’m trying to eat slightly more healthy. He was very insistent that I get something so I went with a small fry. He was happy to get me a large fry and offered to bring my meal out to me. I get the salad and it is HUGE! Tastes great. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks for the above and beyond in a “speed over service” type of dining experience.

Their posted operating hours are simply not correct, I have come multiple times when they are supposed to be “open” and they say it’s closed or they just don’t answer the drive through window. I have ordered online and the orders go through but the food never comes and it’s not available when I go to pick it up either.

Sat in the drive through for 15 mins before getting my order taken afterwards i asked for a plain baconator just meat and cheese, they said it comes like that and after 10 minutes of waiting in the pickup area i get my order and it has a massive glop of mayo on it, $15 for something McDonald’s could’ve done in 5 minutes without the mess up

Now I’ve used Wendy’s in different locations and never had this problem. I ordered a double bourbon cheese burger online. I picked up my order in the drive thru and when I got home and opened the package it was just 2 patties with the cheese and crunchy onions, no buns. No one said to me that they ran out of bread or any thing. I’m thinking a cheeseburger costing $9.99 should include the bread. FYI: they advertise this with bacon but not even the flavor of bacon you can taste

• A very conciencious evening manager.
• High order accuracy and quality.
I haven’t experienced the inside of the store, so I can’t speak to cleanliness. However, the manager I’ve met through the drive-through window gives me the suspicion that it’s kept quite clean.
I typically go here right before they close, during non-busy hours.
Great overall in my experience.

Stopped by 20 minutes before closing as it was the only place “open,” sat at the drive through speaker for a few minutes to no answer after calling hello a few times. Tried to go into the lobby and it was locked. Could see staff standing around through the windows. Didn’t get to even eat.
