The pretzel and slushy was good but I was still hungry (this was my 1st time there) so we went back and ordered a breakfast burrito. It was so oily and runny, I couldn’t eat it. I love breakfast burritos, so I was highly disappointed. I had the opportunity to go back to eat there yesterday, but I declined. It was too expensive for a do-over. Maybe I’ll try again, after I get more money. I had such high hopes after seeing commercials for the 50 years of my life.

Slowest drive through ever. I just went today and asked for packets of mayo the employee said ok and just never came back to the window. I knocked on the window and he ignored me until finally someone else asked me what i wanted. Customer service sucks. Its the only place near my work but I’m not coming here anymore.

I went there today to try their new caramel toffee iced coffee, which i paid $3 for on top of my food, and i was just not given it.
Another time i went recently my friend and I both ordered large shakes and were not given them. When we asked about it, we were then told they couldn’t make any shakes right now, which I would’ve understood but we were unable to get a refund. Instead we were given a coupon that was not worth the price of the two large shakes I paid for.
I really love Sonic’s food and would come here all the time but im not sure I can anymore because lately I’ve just been feeling really scammed.

Had a DoorDash order from them. It was literally ONLY 2 shakes & they did even put the extra stuff i ordered & paid for on my shakes no whipped cream, no caramel ect. I was kinda disappointed.

Worst drive through in all of history. Spent 10 minutes wrapped around the corner and the only time we moved was when the car in front of us got out of line to leave. We followed suit and never made it to order. Do not go here unless you want to wait as if you you just sat down at the slowest eat in restaurant you’ve ever been to and have all the time in the world. I have read the other reviews on their service at this location and the owner always responds to say “thanks for letting us know”, but obviously this is an empty response as it does not seem to have gotten better since the other reviewers posted about the bad service.

Tried again today, one car at the menu board, 3 in front of them. They were finally allowed to order and move forward (after the cars moved in front of them many minutes earlier), we get to the board….please wait to order. We got in line at 912, left the line at 921 without even ordering. Worst drive through ever. Do not go here. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Sonic is my favorite but this location is terrible!! Specifically asked no onions on the app order as i am allergic to onions, received extra onions with my order. They got the drinks wrong. Just terrible staff and not a good location.

I love this place and this location. It’s always a quick easy way to not have to cook. The crew is always friendly. We love 50 cent corn dog days and 1/2 off happy our when we use our sonic app. It’s always a great feeling being appreciated!
