Absolutely terrible. Made a mobile order, was really craving a rodeo burger and some rings. Ordered the combo, rodeo burger, large onion rings, and a large tea. Plus, I ordered a small frozen Coke, as a treat. Pulled up to the ordering kiosk, told them a had a mobile order, someone mumbled something, I pulled forward, could see the fella inside making the drinks. In the process of making said drinks, he produces two of deep chested sneezes that start at your knees. Didn’t step away, stop making the drinks, wash his hands, nothing… Finally opens the window, shoves each drink at me. Not a word. Nothing, not even a grunt acknowledging mt existence. Slams the window shut. Finally pops the the window back open, nearly flings the bag in my direction, closes the window before I could even get a thank you out. I, of course flung the drinks out the window, untouched, while going down Mt. Auburn. Finally looked in the bag, onion ring container upside down, onion rings dumped in bag. Half the onion rings were cold, how does that even happen? Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible hygiene. Oh, and there was so much bbq sauce on my rodeo burger, I could taste nothing else. Management needs to conduct some intensive training.

Each table had a crown on it, which I’ve never seen in my hometown BK!!
Clean: The table I sat @ was newly cleaned, inside and outside of restaurant was clean!

I went through the drive-thru with myself and six kids. The lady taking the order was very patient and did get the order correct. The fries were so fresh that my grandson said he burnt his mouth. An exaggeration, I know, but still told me that they were very fresh. The rest of our food was also hot and tasty. The lady at the window asked us if we wanted anything extra and didn’t seem put out when we ask for extra ketchup and salt. No complaints.

Poor customer service, got multiple things wrong, I had to return to get my sweet tea because they gave me an unsweet, I think everything is good and come home to my meal looking like a 2 year old put it together. I worked fast food and retail for 6 years and have never seen a fast food place make so many mistakes so often. I’ll let the tea slide, mistakes happen, but my meal looks like it was dropped on the floor and stepped on.

Just went through the drive thru and the guy at the window to pay, his name was William, was so rude and disrespectful. I honestly hope they fire him or write him up at least. I get fast food isn’t everyone’s first pick for a job but it’s YOUR JOB and what you’re getting paid for. Having good customer service even when you don’t feel like it is part of the job, snatching things from my hand, saying no when I ask for my receipt, having a ugly face on, etc. is crazy. I wasnt rude I smiled the whole time and the only times I spoke were when he asked for my name and when I asked for a receipt. Hoping the manager reconsiders keeping this guy on the team.
