I love this Go Lo Taco location
. Each time that I’ve patronized it I always have a good customer service experience. I don’t know all of the staff names but I’ve gotten to know Margarita and she is beautiful both inside and out! It feels good to go into a business for food and come out feeling good after a long day. I always get the Quesadilla with Barbacoa and Margarita cooked it perfectly per usual.

Absolutely one of the most horrible customer service I ever experienced,, nasty attitude, overcharging making up prices at the register , i guess since I was HER first customer , she wasn’t ready to start work yet .

11-24 Bad and bad! I walk up to the counter and they walk to the back. No greeting?? I feel minutes later a lady comes out to take my order. She doesn’t smile and looks. I like the food so I place my order. Paid for order and she didn’t even thank me?? What happened to your service??? Advice. Train the team to great customers when they approach your counter. Always say thank you! It is easy and cost you 0!!

I don’t know who could eat this food other than really hungry or drunk people. It was absolutely disgusting. We ordered two plates with 6 tacos, rice and beans. Bland, soggy, mystery meat in the tacos. The rice was bland, but the beans weren’t too bad however. The chips were stale and the salsa had a weird sour taste to it. Even for gas station food- it was quite disappointing to say the least.

Decent food. It gets very dry when it’s been sitting all day, but it’s still OK. Prices are a little steep, but that’s everywhere. They do have daily specials that helps with the cost. The service is just OK. Workers need to be trained on how to multitask and take more than one order, because the wait can be long, so bring your patience.
It’s a great place if you are looking for a quick meal.

Prices too high or they I er charged me. I ordered 4 tacos one burrito and 2 bottles of sodas for $29 and some change. To feed 2 people. WOW I said at first I would send my daughter’s here but after the bill thank you but No thank you. However the food was delicious.

I was overcharged 4 bucks for an extra taco. She didn’t know how to refund me. So she started trying to explain saying she didn’t charge for cheese for one taco

The food is questionable. I’ve tried to call the business several times and the different numbers they listed on website and receipt is not working. Their food is not stored correctly causing illness in my family. Do not buy the sour cream or it will have you sick for days. Need to do better.

Food great. They season well and I ran across a piece of bay leaf as evidence on seasoning! The barbacoa was fabulous and their burrito bowl will replace my trips to Chipotle. I don’t like the limit of 3 toppings and then they stacked $0.50 charges for each extra topping and corn, BUT it was worth it! Customer service needs some work.
