This is another restaurant where it really depends on when you go. During the day there is 1 lady in particular (a manager I believe) who knows her job (not sure when all she works). She busts everything in her to get the orders made, and out the door as soon as possible. If there’s a lot of people waiting on food and something is running low she makes sure if you placed an order online for pick up, or a company delivery like doordash, that those orders are filled first since they are already paid for. Yes, there have been a few mistakes, because she’s so busy but if I check and say anything she promptly corrects it. At one point she chased me out to my car when I had a delivery order and she knew she forgot to add something to make sure my customer had their full order. ⁵I understand they are probably understaffed as last night there was 1 lady who was doing everything, while someone was in the back washing dishes or making chicken I couldn’t see and just kept hearing pans being moved around. The lady who I first referred to did come in as I was about to get my order so I’m not sure if she was on break or coming in to help. I did notice though the heating cabinets where the chicken and that was held both said service needed and it said something about a water issue. I can’t remember exactly what the service said as it ran across the screen but they both had the same issue and both needed service which seems to be more of a maintenance issue and a KFC issue to get it fixed. I will say the meals I bought yesterday I didn’t even finish mine as everything was so salty I couldn’t enjoy it. The chicken was extremely salty, and even the biscuits were extremely salty and that’s my favorite part of the meal. I’m not sure what happened with that meal and if they add salt or if everything is pre-made and they just heat it up and have 0 to do with the seasoning, but boy was it terrible last night. Also I will say the one person in the back who was doing everything herself did make some comments that weren’t particularly appropriate for someone in a business to be saying. I understand being frustrated you’re doing everything yourself from counter, window, doordash orders, and it can be high stress when several people are waiting on their food that you might get upset, frustrated, and things might slip but they just kept saying things and adding more unnecessary comments on top of it. That was the 1st time I ever heard anything like that inside the store but I also haven’t been inside while this person has been working so not sure if it was a 1 time thing or if it is an ongoing issue or not.

The restaurant is very dirty, the staff’s clothes are filthy, and the employee ignored me while I was standing in front of him waiting to place my order. I’m sorry for the ten minutes I wasted getting to the restaurant. I really don’t recommend visiting it.

This location is always SO slow!!! I did an online order at 4:30. The app said it would be ready by 4:35. I knew it would not be which is why I ordered it so early. I arrive there at 4:45 and it still was not ready. Come 4:56. It was finally ready. I made sure everything was correct in the order which it was, but when I got home, the four piece meal that I had ordered came with three actual pieces of chicken and one tiny piece of chicken, which is shown in the photo. This is not considered a piece of chicken. They definitely should have thrown in another piece of chicken. Especially after making me wait so long. This location is a joke.

This is a little weird because I usually don’t make public comments about restaurants but my service was absolutely horrible. I work in food service so I kind of have an idea about what a food service area should look like. I ordered about an hour ago and it was so slow. Food said it would be done by 5:30 and we didn’t get our food until 5:50. Not only that, the place was a hot mess. Their c02 was low so my Dr Pepper was flat, there heaters said “call service”. They gave me the spicy chicken nuggets instead of the regular. It was in fact, not finger licking good. Unfortunately I only spent around 20 bucks for my food along with my families food, but for other people, that could of been their last few dollars just wasted on worse food. The chicken was hard, the mac and cheese was old. Little to no ice in a SHARED ice bin. Service was terrible, will not be returning. Also 2 people working? That is not a team. I even had a guy walk out and tell me “have fun getting their attention”. Horrible. Do not go.

I asked for 2 mashed potatoes with gravy and two orders of coleslaw and one chicken sandwich. Which equaled out to around $31.00 no chicken. They forgot an order of mashed potatoes they don’t listen and they’re slow as hell. We need a better chicken spot.

Don’t bother. Service is absolutely terrible here . Usually 20+ minute wait on chicken . Once you finally receive your order it’s not worth it. Go somewhere else if you want fried chicken. Especially for the prices they now charge!

This KFC is (and the KFC’s in general around here are) best described as “adequate for takeout”.
The food is tasty enough, but usually seems pretty old. The tenders and biscuits are consistently pretty tasty, but usually dry. The fries are actually really frustrating- when they’re fresh, they are the best fries you can get from a chain, but most of the time they’re just a bit cool and rather gummy. Its frustrating because I know how good they can be, but they’re very rarely anywhere near that good. The soda is good- which isn’t necessarily a given at some places.
I think the next time I go, I’ll step inside and just ask politely for a fresh batch of both. I know folks in the service industry hate that (they did where I worked, at least), but it might be the only way to get *consistently* good food.
A few other things that I’ve noted in past years at this location, but may not be current:
– Had an assistant manager go out of his way to be rude- which kept me away for a good couple of years.
– When I used to eat in there on a regular basis (admittedly like 5 or 6 years ago), the interior was sticky from top to bottom and there was rarely a single clean table in the house. But in fairness, this is the norm at every KFC I’ve seen in this area.
– Service is quick and polite- if not necessarily exceptional.
