Edit: I got an XL instead of the hand tossed I ordered. Brandon the GM was apologetic refunded my payment and made me the right pizza personally. It was the best pizza I’ve had yet. Even when they messed up, they still made it right. So…My local Domino’s STILL hasn’t let me down. The new stuffed crust is the best in the business. I don’t order pizza that often, but when I do, it’s usually from Domino’s. These guys always take good care of me. The staff pays attention to my request for extra sauce and always has a friendly welcome to Domino’s when I pick up. The store and staff have always looked neat and clean.

The absolute worse Dominos experience we have ever had we placed our order at 7:52 pm and got it cold and boxes open at 9:57 pm after 3 calls and many different stories as to why it was taking so long . we heated it up in the microwave and finally got to eat our $40 dinner for 2 ☹️

I have NEVER had such a terrible experience with a food establishment . We ordered a pizza & were left waiting for an hour past when it was supposed to to be ready. One could clearly understand frustration at this point . After multiple trips through the drive through & inside we were finally told our order was dropped & they had to make other pizzas. We said well might as well have cancelled or At least let us know. She said 5 more minutes , came back in 15 minutes later to be told she just cancelled it. Then told another 20 minutes for our order. They need to just pack up & go back to Harriman cause it’s not serving rockwood any good. I’ve seen 3 posts on social media this week about this place being awful !! Take your money to a local shop & save yourself the trouble !

The District manager is about a joke, the food is good I’ve had it delivered more than 10s if not 20s of times. It’s always the same driver Anthony Douglas, he is a good dude. Place is ran like a Circus the turnover rate is INSANE a new face every single time I go in there everyone always looks so.. dismal. The pizza is good though.

The way these people treat people and mess up orders is sad. The crew that was working tonight should be fired immediately. The female with glasses and curly blonde hair has to be eating people’s pizzas resulting in it being made twice ! I saw a post from a family member and how she was treated them and I had to let you all know it is terrible and so wrong. Will continue to share the posts about the negative feedback from this establishment to save as many customers as I can from wasting a dime as well as making sure corporate is called !

What is there to say I’ve ordered from the three times in two weeks two of the three my order was wrong. And the Second time the delivery drive was a tall husky man with snippy attitude, I always make sure I tip but I considered not. This place is really need to figure something out almost all of the reviews are negative, WAKE UP

Was delivery ordered pizza and dessert. Whenitgot to my house, the pizza was cold. I took a small bite. It was very cold. I touch the pizza and other places, and it was very cold. The ham was cold. The pepperoni was cold. It was just cold all over.. The dessert was warm. But there is no reason why that pizza should’ve been cold, but this is the second time that I have ordered from them and the pizza has been cold, but this will be the last time. And I loved Domino’s I love pizza. I did go online where it says do you have a problem with your order? And I said yes, and the only option it gave me was to take 20% off of Another order which meant like the pasta or get another pizza free? I don’t want another cold pizza and I don’t want pasta? I just want other people to know about the situation going on and I don’t live but five minutes away from the place.

they are also understaffed and you wait forever for someone to come to the counter to tell them you have a pickup order. takes 40 mins to make one bowl of pasta and then you wait 20 for someone to come up to the stupid counter just to tell them your here for a pick up. absolutely terrible.

Ridiculous ! Every since the $9 pizza deal arrived, you can only order it to go and the To go app has not worked since it started. Okay, go into the store to place an order and we’re told that our order can’t be placed because the computers are down , nah . Not one chance ! Computer system cannot be down that long. The workers have always been great , food when you actually can get an order cooked is fabulous. The place has declined tremendously in buisness . Someone knows revenue has slacked considerably.
