Have ordered from this Taco Bell several times. Always friendly staff. I don’t like driving thru because sometimes the order is wrong but going inside, they have always been correct. I am older so I always ask for senior discount. They are happy to give to me.

Time after time, orders are incorrect or incomplete, I know it has been incorrect 3 times just in the last 2 months, no one holds the staff accountable for their jobs or ensures orders are being filled correctly of a person is constantly getting them wrong. New management is needed all the way around that actually takes pride in their job and team doing things correctly.

I’ve gone here twice and both times my chalupa bread was stale and my Mexican pizza tasted really bad burnt idk what exactly was wrong with it but it was the chips of the Mexican pizza doesn’t look burnt but has a really bad burnt taste. Last night nachos sounded really good, so I head to the taco bell, I ordered the nacho bellgrande with extra sour cream and extra cheese and no beans at all. I get my order go home get it out and it has beans everywhere and hardly no cheese or sour cream. I call up there and tell them they take my name down to remake today. I pick my order up thinking they will get it right this time surely and head home, get it out and I’ll be danged if it ain’t messed up again. They didn’t put beans on it but no extra cheese or sour cream and then it looks like someone took and scrapped the top portion off of half of it.. see pictures. Needless to say I will not be back.

Has to be the shittiest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, it doesn’t matter how many times you tell them the order they still don’t know how to take the correct one. I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t like tacos that feel like they just came out of the freezer. They need an overhaul asap.

I am mortified that the employees at this store are so stupid they can’t even get an order correct. This is what we ordered and how much we paid 27.54 we ordered #2 3 soft taco sup. ,a #8 dlt sup no tomatoes ,1 LG Dr pepper and 1 dragon fruit freeze ,1stk jalapeño fries and mild sauce . This is what we got in our bag . 2 soft taco sups,1 chulupa, ,2 bean burritos, and a cheese quesadilla, nacho chips with cheese ,LG Dr pepper and 1dragonfruit freeze. Somebody needs to answer to this . We live to far out of town to have to drive back to get it fixed and neither one of us eat the bean burritos . I will be making a formal complaint at the main Hub. of taco bell for this area,because this is NOT the first time they have screwed my order up . And as much as you are charging you should not make a mistake.
