I asked for a tall dragonfruit mango lemonade. The drink was finished in literally 4 sips because they filled 3/4ths of the cup with ice. They gave me a bunch of ice with a side of drink. I genuinely can’t enjoy my drink because all I think about is the fact that I spent $5.30 for a cup of ice basically. ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR DRINK WITH NO ICE AND A CUP OF ICE ON THE SIDE!!!

I come to this Starbucks because it is the closest to me but I will officially make the effort to go somewhere else because every time I come here, the service is SLOW. I always place my order through the mobile app to avoid delays but I always still end up waiting….and I have tried multiple methods to figure it out but, for example, today I placed my mobile order and waited 20 min before going to the store. When I got to the store, I was waiting another 10 minutes before I asked for my drink. So we’re talking 30 minutes here…for 1 coffee…I am truly not one to complain but this is ALWAYS the case and 30 minutes for 1 coffee is wild. Plus the staff see you there, standing, waiting, and they don’t offer help. You have to almost force yourself in and ask about your order. Terrible.

I just wanted to take the time to recognize this young lady by the name of Yubi here at this Starbucks window, I was in such a rush and I screwed up my order a few times and then at the window had to add a coffee and she was so helpful and so kind and so patient, that it helped honestly make my day that much better. I left with the correct order. Unfortunately, nowadays, we are living in such crazy times and people really just don’t value their work or even take the time to be human to one another and this young lady did the exact opposite of that and I am forever grateful. I live just down the street and people like her deserve the recognition. Great job Starbucks forever, a loyal customer to this location.

I love coming to this Starbucks mainly because it’s very close to where I visit family; I never have trouble ordering from any other store but this one in particular whenever I order ahead and I ALWAYS DO (because I find it the most convenient when I customize to not confuse the barista or cashier) they always mess up my order or can’t find my order or forget an item. Mind you I always come when it’s slow ironically; staff and customers seem the most calm at that time. Not much wait time or rush when I visit… I don’t give them a hard time because I’m fairly patient but I have taken notice that I’ve always had to wait. I’m still delivering 5 stars out of great customer service, quick initiative, and apologetic nature.

Anyone love flies ?? I have the video these are just a couple of them. How yummy extra protein. It does not want you to drink or eat anything there. They should have food inspectors there asap. They said they don’t serve it to customers! Yeah right what else are you going to say. They could be giving it to drive thru people. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes. No one paid any attention to me. I went to the restroom and came back — still no one helped me. There was a guy named Sergio. I told him, “I’ve been waiting here for 5 minutes,” and he only came when I called him myself. There was no apology, no “sorry” or “excuse me.” So I said, “You know what, I’m not going to order,” and left. He just said, “Okay, goodbye.” I mean, I’ve never seen service like this. It wasn’t even busy at the time, so there’s really no excuse. Definitely not recommending this Starbucks. Thanks.

Today, I had a disappointing experience with the rudest managers, Kevin and Brent, at my neighborhood Starbucks. Kevin refused to shake my coffee because I didn’t order a shaken espresso an item I’ve never even heard of on the menu. He changed it just to charge me more, even though I’ve always gotten my coffee made the same way at this location and at Starbucks all over the world without any issues. What made it worse was the tone and delivery from both of them it made the whole experience unpleasant. As upper management, they really need to learn proper customer service.

Im an avid Starbuck’s client as a nursing student who studies there for hours at a time. I usually go the location closer to my home however I wanted a change of scenery today.I usually always get a coffee or a refresher an hour into studying. However, I walked into this location and asked for a water and the woman Caitlyn rudely told the cashier not to give me anything unless I purchased something first. If this is a policy, I was unaware of it – but even if it was, the situation should’ve been approached differently. I won’t be coming to this starbuck’s. I’d rather drive further than see this woman talk to other clients or myself in a disrespectful manner. The bathrooms are atrociously disgusting- maybe her focus should be on that.
