Got a pizza with extra cheese and mushrooms. I couldn’t find one single mushroom. I don’t even think there was even a normal seving of cheese on it much less extra cheese. No pizza sauce and overcooked and supper thin. The employee couldn’t even stand up from leaning on counter to take the money I had to reach over to put it in his hand and the pizza was like eating a piece of cardboard

I visited Pizza Hut of Sullivant in Columbus OH last night. My total was $9.00 I tipped $5.00. When I got my order I was terrified by what they gave me. Only have the pizza had toppings and cheese, and my wings weren’t done. Please do not patronize this establishment. I would have gotten salmonella poisoning if I had of just bitten into the chicken. I broke off a piece with my fingers instead. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of themselves. This is a low income community with minimal resources and they think they can take your hard earned money, and feed you poison. Please avoid this place at all cost.

Poor customer service and bad food. Ordered a pizza wings and Cheddar bacon cheesesticks. The pizza was old, dried out, cut wrong and very little sauce. 8 piece boneless wings appeared to have 8 pieces, but one piece was obviously cut in half to make 8. The Cheddar bacon cheesesticks were supposed to be 10, but only received 5 with no Cheddar and very little bacon. When I called back to talk to a manager Maria told me the manager was busy and didn’t have time to talk to me. I got there at 514 and their order screen showed my order was complete. Wasn’t greeted until 526, even there was only 3 other customers there…all waiting…I didn’t get my order until 544 because it wasn’t ready. This seemed to be the theme of the night

Ordered delivery for it not to come after an hour. No call from the store on the reason why. Called the store for them to tell me there’s no order, and they were closed. No solution.. I went on to explain how a calling service is not efficient for customer service to be hung on by the worker. I will NEVER order from this place again. Like did Covid kill customer service!???

The pizza didn’t have toppings on every slice almost the whole pizza. The order took an hour instead of 15 mins. Barely had cheese on the pizza could see through to the crust. Crust tasted stale not crispy at all. Pizza just nasty! I’m upset with myself I didn’t eat a slice before pulling off.
