While i normally start with the food here I have to start with the atmosphere. This place is perfect for capturing that feeling of WWII era America. The early Gen-X in me loved it because it reconnected me to the men that are all gone now who I grew up around that lived it and would every now and then tell a story. Definitely go just for that. The service was good, kitchen was a little slow but it was an off night so we were relaxed and it didn’t make that big of a deal.

The food was all over the place though, from some amazing things to some that you should skip over. I loved the odd variety of sides and would suggest you step out of the regular here though for the best things.

The deviled eggs were amazing and at the price point the best appetizer on the menu. The boneless wings were nicely done and the sauce was spot on. I liked the option on the three tacos of picking different proteins for each. I chose the pulled chicken, fried cod, and brisket. The pulled chicken was way over cooked and the brisket was average. The fried cod was great. We also had the stuffed pepper which was very good and a nice portion size. The other odd thing I found was the cornbread fritter side option. It was 2.50, and it was huge but not a fritter it was a cornbread waffle with melted butter which wasn’t bad but not expected. They were a touch sweet, but naturally so. The drinks were good pours and higher quality options.

In summary for a great food experience stick to the fresh prepared items and definitely have the deviled eggs.

We have eaten here quit a few times. Most times food is good, but other times it was lacking. Each time we have eaten here they have been out of certain ingredients and have substituted items out. Last time they were out of certain alcohol for a mixed drink and their milkshake machine was down. This time they didn’t have the cupcakes for their Birthday cake milkshake, but they gave option on substitution and my daughter was fine with cheesecake. Price is on the higher end and food is not that special, BBQ is mediocre, and I’ve had better burgers at local shake shops for half the price. Only thing they have going for them are the milkshakes.
Staff is very good and attentive to their tables. We saw them handle children great and make it a fun atmosphere for them and the adults.

The first time I went I had the pulled pork. It was good. This time my group had a variety of dishes. They weren’t very good. Have not tried the burgers so can’t comment on them. Taco shells are dry and floury. Wings are small and overcooked, pretty tough. The waffle is good but dry. The salads are good and big.

I don’t know how this place stays open the chips are hard as a rock. The people at my table rated the food a 4/10 I rate it about a 2/10. All the people at my table hated the food I have no idea why this place is rated 4.2 stars besides the fact that maybe we got unlucky and the fact it was singo night. ( music bingo) and they were busy. I would not recommend coming here maybe to try it but I don’t want to come back. My pizza mostly had air bubbles and tasted so bland I was hungry but I just didn’t want to eat it.

Absolutely incredible atmosphere. Love the military theme. Prices were not expensive and good portion size for the money. The pretzel was huge and very delicious. Plenty of sauces on the table to pick from for your dipping needs. The pizza dough sandwiches, the bombwiches, are very delicious. I had the pulled pork one and it was fantastic. The sweet potato waffle fries are very good, some of the best sweet potato fries I have had, definitely get the brown sugar and carmel to go with them. Definitely will go back. Waitress was very friendly and very quick with refills without needing to ask. First time being there and definitely will not be the last, highly recommend. Food also came out pretty quickly as well. Loved it. Keep up the amazing work and amazing food. And also some discounts available depending on your line of work just ask them.

Cool place, live music, and alcohol but the layout, low quality food and service doesn’t do it any favors.

The food is frozen fried bar food. . . In old cooking oil (every fried thing tasted like fried carnival food). The server was nice when she stopped at the table, but that was rare. I asked for plates for the nachos before the meal – I ended up going to the kitchen and asking for them. I expected tartar sauce with my fish n chips, no dice, no big deal. I asked some other server to ask my server for this (because I couldn’t find her)- no dice, big deal (it never came).

To spite all of that, I planned to tip the server but she didn’t give me the card reader to add it before I left.

I just had my first visit last night with a group for dinner. The staff is friendly, attentive and makes you feel very comfortable. They check on you just the right amount of times. The starters are amazing! I’ve NEVER had queso like that before. My burger was cooked to perfection and the cornbread cakes sealed the deal. Wonderful atmosphere and so many delicious options. I’d highly recommend the visit. Treat yourself!

It’s kinda confusing on where to get your food. I ordered online and it said they had a drive thru, but I had to walk upstairs and finally to a small window. I got my order. Right off I was disappointed with the deserts. A $4 dessert was almost twice the size of a $6 one. I get home and eat. My food (pulled pork meal, deep fried corn, and sweet potato fries) was good. My girlfriend and her daughter had Hawaiian bombwich and neither were impressed. But she said she would like to try the brisket next time if we go back. She had a banana pudding and ended up adding ingredients to make it better. I had a caramel walnut pearl sugar waffle, it was disgusting. No waffle, it was ice cream, caramel and nuts. I ate 3 bites and couldn’t do anymore. For almost $50, I feel like it should have been way better. And then this was our first time here.

The pictures speak for themselves. Portion size was inadequate for the price and for anyone expecting an actual meal. Stuffed pepper & side of kraut=kielbasa together was so tiny about the size of a hand. The amount of effort put into creating the recipes was less than McDonald’s level of standards. Not to mention it took an hour to get our food.
