Oasis Shaved Ice was a bit of a mixed bag.
Unfortunately, the shaved ice itself was disappointing — it was shaved too finely and melted almost instantly, even before we could sit down at the indoor table. I ordered the passion fruit flavor, which turned out to be overly sweet with none of the tanginess I expected. The lime portion, thankfully, had a better balance with a tangier, less sugary taste.
My wife wasn’t thrilled with her choices either — wedding cake and cream soda — both were overly sweet and melted just as fast.
We decided to give their cookies a shot. The staff recommended the Coconut Chocolate Macadamia cookie (introduced as “the crack of Cocoa Beach”), but it fell flat for us — served cold and just not enjoyable. However, after letting the others warm up in the sun, we were pleasantly surprised. The Peanut Butter & Raspberry Jam and the Strawberry Lemonade cookies were absolutely delicious — we’d definitely order those again.
Overall, there were a few bright spots, but not quite enough to guarantee a return visit.

Absolutely loved this place! Such a gem to visit. We met Miss Vicki, who is the owner of this shop. She is truly the sweetest lady and you can see how passionate she is about her store. My friend and I both got “Happiness all the way”, which is a mix of birthday cake and cotton candy. She even gave us samples of other kinds and cold water to drink on the hot day. We will definitely be coming back 🙂 15/10 RECOMMEND!

My wife loves snow cones so she found this place when searching for a desert after lunch. I normally don’t have one when she finds a place but the owner at Oasis convinced me to try the Butterbeer with soft serve. It was pretty dang fantastic!! I would most definitely go back if ever in Cocoa Beach again.

We encountered a highly unsatisfactory shaved ice experience, followed by a complete lack of flavor and extremely bland. Furthermore, we observed that the young lady handling monetary transactions and credit cards did not wash her hands before preparing food items. For health reasons you should use sanitizer or wash. This was the most unappetizing shaved ice we have ever tasted. It truly tasted like bland colored ice chips. So disappointed!!!

Fantastic from beginning to end, starting with the owner and the care and love she puts into her shaved ice! So many flavors to choose from and the budder beer flavor was outstanding! You won’t find better shaved ice!!

An iconic part of Cocoa Beach! Oasis shaved ice is AMAZING! Typically, shaved ice isn’t the first thing that comes to mind when I think of desserts, but Ms. Vicky at Oasis makes one of the best desserts you’ll ever have. The number of flavors is the first thing that’s crazy – well over 50 if you include the specials! She uses real sugar instead of any sort of syrup, so the ice is sweet and flavorful, but not overwhelming! She knows everybody by name and overall, it’s a great local business with delicious shaved ice!

It’s the best shave ice we’ve had since Hawaii. Everyone was working hard and very friendly.. Lots of flavors and ice cream. Only a few stools inside but the have umbrellas up for the outside benches. They also have a shave ice truck that travels around!

Such a great experience! The owner took her time to connect with us and shared that she makes all her syrups& ice herself. You can truly tell she loves her customers and her shop. We received so many recommendations to try this place out & I’m happy we finally did. We ordered the butterbeer with “the works” and sour strawberry lemonade. Shaved ice, ice cream, marshmallow syrup. So delicious!
